I wrote a complaint on october 6th and got a messages that ditto tv was notified about my complaint. Today is october 11th and i have not heard any thing from ditto tv. I resubscribed to my ditto tv app on september 30th and 11 days later i am still not able to watch anything. I was charged twice - a total of $20 for the package that shouldn’t have only charged me $9.99. Not only is ditto tv refraining from activating my subscription, they are also stealing from international customers because they know that we do not have access to a 1-800 toll free number to submit our complaints but have to call theor stupid agents who barely understand english in india and try to have them solve our problem which causes more headache and irritation. I have tried emailing their support team but got ignored there as well. Shame on ditto tv and the people who operate this company!!! Was this information helpful? | |

I subscribed for 1month plan but it is showing above mentioned error please resolve it as early as possible
