Ditto TV — frustrated customer

I wrote a complaint regarding ditto tv not updating my account even though i have subscribed so many times. I don’t even see my complaint on the homepage let alone a resolutions. I have been using ditto tv app for a while and at the end of my subscription on 09/30 i resubscribed again. It is 10/05 and i do not have access to watch anything. Basically got charged twice with no service. So ditto tv is making money off people and not providing them with any service. Way to go bloody thieves at ditto tv. Will you all own up and solve this mistake of yours. My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com and i have been charged twice for the platinum package which is only suppose to be $9.99. Ditto tv is super speedy about terminating services on the 30th day but slower than a leech to restart the service because they are busy ripping international customers off. They only have customer care service in india and being an international customer is no help since we have to waste money to get pathetic customer service from india!!! Shame on ditto tv

Renewed my subscription on 09/30 and it is 10/05 and my account still hasn’t been updated though my account was charged twice. My email address is [protected]@hotmail.com and I would like to get this problem solved ASAP. It has been more than 5 days since I renewed by subscription and I don’t understand why my account isn’t activated yet????

Obviously there are some dumb people working in this customer care. How hard is it to make out from my complete that ditto tv charged me twice for my subscription but did not activate my account. I wrote this in very simple English and I don’t think it’s that hard to understand the problem here. I was charged twice since 09/30 for a platinum package which is only suppose to be $9.99. I have subscribed to ditto tv on 10th of this month by paying r's 20 through my mobile balance. an amount of rs 20 has already been deducted from by mobile balance.
Till now the subscription is not activated. when i try a channel available in your app, it is giving a message "not subscribed".
Pl look into urgently.

Im subscribed non auto renewal plan but they renewed it twice. Also there customer service representative confirm me that I want to renewal plan so me saying to them that not renewal plan. But they do it twice... What's the freak. I want my money back.
