[Resolved] Ditto TV — Is a scam

To whomsoever its concerned . I have paid around 30$ for a yearly subscription for which I have received a receipt from apple.
When I try to login and see in the section "My Subscription Plan" I am not able to see any of the plan that I have registered for.
I have tried doing many complaints thru email to the support unit but no replies or no acknowledgements received, which is completely unethical behaviour of treating the customers.
Also I tried calling several times but they were answered by the security and no alternate no was provided. I feel helpless with this hope you get my point.

Ditto TV — Amount charged by credit card but not started

I subscribed channels amount of 49 of nine days .. i paid through credit card but amount debited from my credit card but not showing in ditto TV my subscription option there is no pack.. what is this ???
