Ditto TV — Massage shows you are not subscribed

I have subscribed two times dt 23 / 07 / 16 at 11.43 am and 11.55
Pm .two times balance diduct from my post paid account, but massage show's during click you are not subcribed. p'l return our money back or finis this prob
otherwise complaints will added in consumer forum. when we open ditto apps . it shows p'l wait we are cheng that you are subcribed or not and again says you are not subcribed whenever two times subcribed monthly plan by post paid mobile
