Ditto TV — Paid for 1 month subscription still not able to access the channels | |||
I have subscribed for 1 month and after 3 days it was asking me to subscribe again. I am continuously trying to reach these guys at [protected]@dittotv.com but they are not replying.These guys have taken my money and not providing any service. There are any people who are installing this app and subscribing for 1 month or more are not able to access their services after 2-3 days. One day a call from ditto tv came to me and said you need to subscribe it again I was shocked that I have paid for something that I am not able to access and now they are asking me to repeat it. Some action must be taken against this ditto tv guys because they are taking the money from everyone but only few can access their sevices and when asked to return the money they are not responding. I have attached the screenshot for the payment and the error that is coming when trying to access any channel. I would like to request ditto tv to either return my money or provide me subscription for one month. Was this information helpful? | |||
