Hi, i got the subscription for ditto tv in the month of may 16 (mid may) for 3 months for live channels and catch up tv. it worked very well for first 3 weeks or so. then in june 16 it started giving me errors for live channels. i lodged a complaint on approx 5 occasions and sent screenshots as requested. nothing happened and i was not even assured of any resolution. early july 16 it started playing live channels indicating that the issue was resolved from their end. however, now it has blocked access to catch up tv. on 6/6/16 they responded to my email saying they have re-launched the ditto tv and i can only watch live channels and there is access to catch up tv only for 7 days. this is ridiculous. is it not the responsibility of ditto tv to inform their subscribers about any changes? they have charged for whole 3 months of live and catch up tv and now i do not have access to it in the middle of the subscription period. this is case of cheating and fraud to be honest. Does anyone know of any governing body where i can lodge a formal complaint? Was this information helpful? | |||||
