Dittotv — no response on query. no support. 5 month charges cut from the bank account

We are trying to get the ditto tv recharged for monthly 9 sgd pack; tried for 5 times around 45 sgd debit from my account but no recharge complete

Chasing the ditto tv support on their email ([protected]@dittotv.com) but no avail. Intiatilly support team replied with as usual comment of

'inconvenience is highly regretted,
We are still working on the issue & will surely come back to you with the solution at the earliest.

If any other queries arise, please feel free to contact us at any time at [protected]@dittotv.com!'

But now they have stopped responding to emails as well no contact number to get in touch from outside of india.
