Diwakar Travels — providing semi sleeper bus but faking it as sleeper bus

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to toranagallu on[protected] . They have booked a ticket in the name of sleeper bus, but when i went tn board it was a semi-sleeper one, since there is a fare difference when asked about it, they refusd to comment on it and said its a compulsion
