Diyabaati.com — wrong product delivery

I ordered a dress from www.diyabasti.com by COD, I received a saree instead of dress and that too old and very bad.They have a customer care number but no one is there to talk, only computerized lines and a what's app number but not getting any response. I have placed a refund request but and no response, there is no communication way at all. They are frauds selling stolen stuff I think.
There is no social media presence also when I checked later

I have dropped mail also to given email id but no response from here as well.

Same thing happened to me too. Anyone got refund back?? I have placed refund online. But 3 days passed and no reply.. let me know how to get money back.

Products quality is very poor, and not support this type of site to u for returns by u. So dont buy any items in this site...Fake website.

How to get money back..? Any one suggestion...!

I also ordered a dress from this site- diyabaati.com, they delivered a cheap used saree, and when i tried to call them, a computerised repeated lines are feeded.
I applied for return and refund, however its been over 15 days and I didn’t receive any refund yet.
They have a whatsapp number but nothing works.
It’s completely a fake company.

i ordered 2 lehanga from the above website diyabaati.com but received defected products and instead of lehanga 2 sarees came... the quality was very poor i want money refunded 😭😭😭😭not satisfied with ... koi bhi website bnake fraud krdeta h ... google plz keep a check on that ... want money refunded from diyabaati.com see kitni complaints h iske against plzz take action against this fraud
