I ordered a dress from this site- diyabaati.com, they delivered a cheap used saree, and when i tried to call them, a computerised repeated lines are feeded.
I applied for return and refund, however its been over 15 days and I didn’t receive any refund yet. I also sent them many emails requesting for my refund, but neither receive any reply nor my refund.
They have a whatsapp number too but nothing works.

We have ordered a lehenga choli from this website buy we have recieved a dirty saree except lehenga. We have given a mail to the website and also submitted the refund policy form but they have not given any response to us. We are requesting this website to give us our money or give the original lehenga choli and exchange that saree. Refund my money or give the original lehenga to my address....

I had ordered two suits from diyabaati.com but i had received wrong products that too of very poor quality. I initiated refund request by filling the form available on their website within the time limit. But not received my refund till date. There is no contact number, only an e-mail id is there. I had emailed my return request on that id but still no response. Website is a fraud. If anyone has received the return kindly suggest the procedure...

On 31st aug 19, i ordered 3 sharees (Product codes - 513, 116, 126) and order numbers are 11206, 11214, 11216. I made this purchase at moon deb, 32, manikbhander, kalachari no-2, kamalpur, tripura - 799287.

On 17th sep this order reached at my nearest post office. Today i am shocked after opening the parcel because they sent us wrong product but the product codes are same (Product codes - 513, 116, 126).

I had ordered a dress from this website. The product that i received is a torn saree. I had sent first mail to them regarding the same on sept 12, 2019 and multiple follow-up mails also but have not received any response till date. There is a form for refund on their website, i filled that also.

Neither the mail has been acknowledged nor i have received any response regarding the same.

I have placed an order for a full dress from the company diyabaati. This company provides cod service to gain the trust of innocent people. But as we open the package, it is nothing but a useless piece of cloth torn at many places. I paid 900rs for this fraud item. And that's not worth even for 100rs. They provide customer care number and also a whatsapp number but nobody responds on these numbers. I request for some legal action to be taken...

I had ordered 3 dresses from a website - Diyabaati.com each of Rs. 900.
However, the order delivered was not correct. Instead, i was given 3 torn, old sarees.
This website is fraud with no return policies or contact details. Can you please help me getting my Rs 2700 back
I do have the Invoice as proof. Please let me know on case any further action can be done from my end...

On aug 28, 2019 i placed an order on diyabaati.co. M of a product named 'diyabaati lehnga 673' a bottle green coloured lehnga choli. The order was placed for cash on delivery of rs. 900.

I received the order on sep 5, 2019. What i received was a shock to me. I just received a purple coloured duppatta.

This is a serious fraud. I got a dupatta for rs. 900. I have already submitted refund and return form on diyabaati.com....

Diyabaati.com is a fraud site, i takes cod order and when customer receive their order, give money to the courrier boy and then open their parcel, customer get old and tear cloth. What i have ordered it was not that even it is an old tear cloth of third class quality... They provide customer care number but it was just computerized call without customer care executive. There is no direct communication with any person of this site. They don't...

These people maintain sites with nice images Kurtis and lehengas and keep attractive prices. But once you order the package receive will have cheap 100 rs sarees. And I have navigated to this website from Facebook. I thought it must be genuine. Everyone, please be aware of such sites, they are literally cheating online shoppers, they don't have a return policy or cancel the policy. I paid 1500 for 1 lehenga and 1 saree and got the worst items....
