We are facing poor maintenance service in DLF New Town Heights Sector 90. Stray dogs issue, debris from top floors, construction issues. Need your immediate attention to resolve it

ROYALTON TOWER at Princeton Estage, DLF Phase -5, Gurugram Haryana is a 14 years old building, having premium apartments and was constructed and sold by DLF Ltd in 2008.
We, the residents have been facing lot of construction related issues in the building and the major being the seepage of water into the 20th Floor Apartments, which is basically due to the substandard water proofing done by the DLF Ltd.
We would like DLF to depute a team to take the necessary corrective measures, access the damage to the building and the risk to the life of the residents and repair the same at the earliest.

There is severe water logging during the rains and the gutters start overflowing. This leads to a very unhygienic environment and there is widespread mosquitoes due to this. The local team of DLF has been informed multiple times but little to no action has been taken so far.

We would request you to fix the drainage in the area and maintain the cleanliness.

DLF is restricting entry of school bus traveller from the back gate. However this gate is fully functional and is commonly used by everyone. Due to this children studying in neighbouring society cannot avail the bus services and are facing a lot of trouble.

I request please look into this matter seriously because my child is being deprived of basic amenities due to lack of support from the DLF. It is actually a mental harassment for us because everyday we have to request guards to allow school bus who is carrying small children to enter.

Construction work going on opposite summer field school . The site has not been covered on all four side. It’s a three storey building that is being demolished. All dust is there everywhere. Repeated complaints done to supervisor but he is not listening. Please get the site covered from all four sides till the full height of building.

Am a resident of K block, lane 9, DLF-2 and we recently had 2 confirmed dengue cases to our domestic helps due to mosquito breeding in an half finished plot opposite our house where there is stagnant water in the hole dug by the developer. The construction work is abandoned on the plot and we need to have this water removed for resident’s welfare. Please help get this fumigated for dengue and provide a solution to this mess asap!

Facing lot of construction related issues in the flat built by DLF.

There are lot of cracks on walls and ceiling’s due to iron rod rusting. Attached few pics but have many more.

Pls look into the issue and let me know how can we get that fixed by DLF.

In dlf farm house land area in tauru sohna road having illegal construction by people on road of dlf farm house site and they also cutting tree which is planted by dlf both side of road for illegal construction... please take a strict action against it.

Being a resident of DLF Capital Greens J-106, I want to bring to your notice about the bad incidents occurred since i have shifted to this property
1. Cleanliness standards: Gutka spit everywhere around the society premises, in my balcony where my clothes have been hung and got damaged because the spit was all over the clothes.
2. In year 2017 around 2:40 pm in noon a scary and unexpected episode of fire occurs in my balcony. There was some wleding operations in J-126 balcony from where a spark has come out and fallen into our J-106 balcony which turn into a fire as my clothes were hanging and there was flames all over which and most of the clothes were turned into ashes.
3. Recently today morning when i woke up i found an amazing view in my balcony, the walls around the gallery area have come out and the cement all over the gallery is torn.
All of this its been long i have been facing issues every other day like, Termites all over the boundaries of master bedroom, kitchen walls, leakage around basin of washrooms, and if i talk about the quality of the floor tiles is horrendous. After being paying the hefty maintenance to DLF being a resident i am suffering from all such issue’s.
I am taking my concern to consumer forum’s as i have been calling the maintenance guy’s to my premises and they are just not taking this issue which just happened today morning seriously. God forbids if me or any of my family members is standing near balcony and the material which is awful that DL[censored]sed as shown in the video too then is DLF or any one can be blamed for this Mishap?? This concern is very serious and needs to be look at on top most priority. As lodging my complaint in consumer forum is my right to be heard.

Now, phase 3, sec 24 Gurgaon, above said details, i need possession letter.

I live on 4th floor, V 10/43, DLF phase 3, Gurgaon.The person who collects the trash asks for more money each time when he comes monthly and today(4th May 2022) when he came to collect his monthly bill, I told him that everyone around pays rupees 100 and he charges rupees 200from me. He also took rupees 800 from the guard when I was not here and when I told him he argued with me. He also threatened that he will not collect the trash and went away without collecting the trash. I am new here therefore I would like to know what is the system here for trash collection and who should I complaint of the trash guy behaves on this manner and creates a scene

Hey I'm living in phase 3 S49/20-21 and infont of my house a Dlf Park occupied by someone he transform Dlf park in private property please see this i complaint many times but not action taken.

There's too much construction noise and pollution it is bothering an aasthmatic patient who is also sick right now. There have been multiple complaints

We purchased property(BLOCK 5/814, CSP/EWS, DLF CAPITAL GREENS, MOTINAGAR, DELHI) which was under DDA Scheme 14 vide Reg No. 550571 which is now a free hold property and not on lease any more moreover all the payments pertaining to property before august 2021 is paid to DDA while buying and freeholding. While purchasing the property amount of Rs. 50, 000/- was paid as the one time lifetime maintenance(copy of ledger of DDA attached). Now, DLF is asking for maintenance which is from[protected] to[protected] in reply to DDA notice dated 21.12.2021 stating that funds have exhausted from the one time maintenance paid by the allottees. We purchased the property in August 2021 and hence the previous owner or DDA is liable for the previous existing maintenance charges if eligible which falls under[protected] to[protected]. We purchased this property in august and this case falls under the dispute of DLF, DDA or previous owners, current owner is not liable for the payment which is a disputed thing. When we talked with the DLF representative he said circular release dated 21.12.2021 and hence we have to pay which is a clear case of irresponsible understanding of the circular in which the period is clearly stated. Moreover, the representative threatened our tenant for disconnection of Electricity connection of the tenant on 15.04.2022 which is a case of threatening and liable for legal action. If there are any threats for the livelihood of a person living in the house, kindly have a written communication for the legality of the action.

While purchasing the property a ledger was taken from Mr Rahul(DLF representative) so that all the previous dues can be cleared from the previous owner. The leager amounted to Rs 7000 and the payment was paid there itself.

I request higher authorities to look into the case properly and take action against the representative who is threatening illegally under the electricity act for which we are not at all liable.

Dear concern, I am writing from dlf phase 3 and this is regarding water supply as today that is on 10th april we have not received water in house number 31b/21. Please provide the supply as storage supply got empty too.
