I am the resident of House No. H-12/9 (H-Block) DLF Phase-1 Gurgaon Haryana 122002. Adjacent to my house/plot, there is end point of the boundary of DLF area. However, there is no boundary wall or any other barricading to stop the illegal trespassing over that area. Due to this, various problems are being faced by us and other neighbourhood residents. Everyday a herd of cows cross over that area causing filth and standing in front of house...

Despite repeated requests to Mr Naresh who looks after DLF Phase 2 gurugram, Maintainence, he has taken no action for the same.
There is blockage of sewage/rain water harvesting tank overflowing with lot of stinking water and MOSQUITOES breeding in the premises.

I am from p 1 lane of dlf phase 2 gurgaon. This is regarding illegally occupied spaces in front of various houses by house owners . In which they maintain garden etc and occupy spaces leading to hell lot of parking trouble which leads to daily confrontation among neighbours. Expample is p1/10.
Where house owner has occupied spaces upto road with no parking area left.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and make these...

It was sold to me by saying 2 covered parking will be available but while allotment DLF said that they don't have covered parking. So they are selling the open parking. When I emailed mentioned all details they immediately came up with 2 Back to Back Covered Parking which is useless because One of them was not existed and another was actually 1.5 parking. No one...

We are glad with the efforts you are making to make dlf phase 3 area a better place to live but it's a humble request to replace the juice corner near u 47 road

As the park is constructed the small wenders are making their shops in front of park which is still ok if it does not make too much noise worst air quality.

Please help it's been difficult to live peacefully here.

We are proud owners of a plot in DLF Garden City, Sector -91&92. Unfortunately DLF has not send any communication via email or post informing about pending dues to be paid.
Even to receive receipt for next maintenance payment, one has to call and ask saying - send us the bill for payment.
Mobile numbers and email IDs are registered with the org and yet no communication has ever been received.

There is a empty plot right next to our house on which we kids used to gather together and play cricket for 1-2 hours in the evening but from the past week people from DLF are coming to that area and stopping us from playing cricket, according to them someone has sent a mail to DLF that we are making noise while playing.

Sewage water collected in park of N block DLF Phase 2 since past 15 days. Its stinking and mosquitoes are breeding leading to serious health issues for the residents. No action is being taken by dlf maintainence person despite repeated requests...

We got possession of our flat p033 in October and moved in December 2020. We have complained of seapage in 2 bathroom and adjoining wall. Still after 3 months it is not resolved. The progress of repair work is very slow and without ownership

Dear
Facing seepage issue in My flat no M003 from handover time onwards. That time also complaint registered for the same. After Some temporary repair work you people hide the seepage and handover done. No permanent solution has been taken to solve the issue. Resulting again and again I am facing seepage in my flat. Moreover condition of building is also becoming worst.

Main reason of seepage is poor construction work...

Blocked drain complaint is from Green Meadows, DLF Phase 4 in Gurgaon...

Drain outside house number 6819 is blocked for several months but no action despite several complaints to the local maintenance person. Please get this cleaned otherwise a little rain will flood the road on which house number 6819 along with several other houses are located....

I have filled DLF 2013 EWS Draw but still no update on that .even my money not refunded. That’s the big brand and may be 15k is small amount for them but that’s big amount for me .
