I have recently bought the apartment in DLF New town heights sector 90. It was sold to me by saying 2 covered parking will be available but while allotment DLF said that they don't have covered parking. So they are selling the open parking. When I emailed mentioned all details they immediately came up with 2 Back to Back Covered Parking which is useless because One of them was not existed and another was actually 1.5 parking. No one can park 2 cars in that parking. I asked DLF guy to wait until I visited the parking but DLF come again after some days and saying that we don't have covered parking now.
What kind of services they are providing? It is totally pathetic services.What is difference between a local builder and you? Are you obliged to sell open parking now? If you don't have the parking them do mention while initial sale discussions. You guys are cheating the customers and charging 5L for such parking which you are failed to provide.

Please look into it. It is a serious matter and your own people are started destroying brand value.

We are glad with the efforts you are making to make dlf phase 3 area a better place to live but it's a humble request to replace the juice corner near u 47 road

As the park is constructed the small wenders are making their shops in front of park which is still ok if it does not make too much noise worst air quality.

Please help it's been difficult to live peacefully here.

We are proud owners of a plot in DLF Garden City, Sector -91&92. Unfortunately DLF has not send any communication via email or post informing about pending dues to be paid.
Even to receive receipt for next maintenance payment, one has to call and ask saying - send us the bill for payment.
Mobile numbers and email IDs are registered with the org and yet no communication has ever been received.
Whereas DLF is quick to add "Previous Balance" due with INTEREST in next Quarter BILL.
This is unprofessional. Such a big organization and this shoddy behaviour is unacceptable and unjust.

I am a resident of dlf phase-5 sector 54.
There is a empty plot right next to our house on which we kids used to gather together and play cricket for 1-2 hours in the evening but from the past week people from DLF are coming to that area and stopping us from playing cricket, according to them someone has sent a mail to DLF that we are making noise while playing.
First of all the person who has mailed doesn't own the property nor he has any right to stop us from playing there.
Secondly there is a tennis court in that society from where the complaint has been sent from where continous noises come from early in the morning and continue till late night we could also complaints about that but we don't because we are not like them, we don't have any problem with people playing there even with noise and doing physical activities to make themselves fit, we could also complaint like them but we don't.
From the past week we are playing cricket with absolutely no noise and there is no further complaints from the society(park palace) but the DLF people keep coming and stop us from playing saying that they want to prevent future complaints.
I don't understand what is the problem of children playing without any noise on an empty plot for 1-2 hrs in the evening instead of playing with gadgets.
I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and in future don't stop them from playing because there are no complaints from the society as told to us but the DLF people who comes to stop us, they are just stopping us to prevent future complaints.

Hi,

In 1992 I purchased two properties from DLF. I used my own funds to pay for these properties. The agreement with DLF was signed by my then husband SAMEER KHERA and myself jointly. BOTH Properties were jointly purchased.

We then divorced. We lived in US at the time. I now live in New Zealand.

In 2017, I went to get a copy of the purchase agreements. Mr Amulya Prasad gave me a copy of 4110, but refused to give me a copy of 4109.

For six years since, i have been denied access to these agreements. I made 6 attempts to get it. Three times I personally went to Delhi office (from New Zealand) to get these records. Every time Mr Prasad would tell me that he was busy, and would send it thru email. I never received these copies.

Meanwhile, Sameer Khera sent me a conveyance deed that was made by DLF in 2007. The property could not have been conveyanced to Sameer Khera because it had been jointly purchased.

So from 2013, till date, I, my friends, and family have tried to get a copy of teh agreement. But we failed - mr Prasad would refuse to provide it. he was well aware by 2017 that KHERA had engaged in extensive fraud, and he attempted to cover up teh fraud by telling me that I should "settle" with KHERA. meanwhile, he repeatedly, consistently refused access to the purchase agreement.

In 2019, I attempted to file a police complaint. the police investigated and Mr Amulya Prasad gave them false information. A prefiling Summon is pending with the District Court currently.

Today, I wrote a string of emails to many officials in DLF, and to mr Prasad. I sent someone (mr Kanti Prajapati) to collect the copy of these agreements and other records. I requested the copy of the entire files. Mr Prasad refused to provide me a copy of the files. Whereas he provided a copy of the agreement for 4109, he failed to provide a copy of the 4110.

the document that is labelled as Purchase Agreement for 4109, prepared in 1992, has been forged. Someone has accepted a bribe to destroy teh original document in both names, and prepare a new document in in Mr Khera's name only. It is not difficult to guess who has done that - Mr Prasad, and the person who signed off on the conveyancing deed must have pocketed a hefty bribe, to transfer a 4 crore property to KHERA's sole name.

I request an investigation into the matter. Two properties were purchased together. There is no reason why one would be in KHERA"s sole name, and one in joint name - especially when teh funds that were used to pay the properties were mine, I had inherited the money. There is enormous evidence to establish the alleged fraud.

I will be naming Mr Prasad, and the person who signed off on the conveyancing deed, as co-conspirators who have accepted bribes to fraudulently conveyance a property held in joint names, to KHERA.

I would like this matter to be taken to a higher level.

In these past 6 years, I have repeatedly requested that Mr Prasad give me his supervisor's/Manager's phone number, email, so I may report this matter to a higher authority who would be able to investigate the bribery and forgery. he has adamantly refused to do so. I have been repeatedly informed that he is teh final authority. I hope this is not so. There will be a price to pay if this matter is not resolved and the registration is not converted back. It is no longer a matter of simple mistake by DLF. It has become a matter for intentional fraud where monetary benefits were acquired to enagge in such corrupt behaviors.

My name is chandrika I am staying in perupalem since last 2 years, as we are not local, the ahya is not taking care of my kid, he is 4 years old, they are saying to not bring my kid to school, they don't like babies crying, and they don't want to take care of outsiders, she said she cannot do both her house work and anganvadi work, she is rackless towards my son, regularly my mom is taking him to anganvadi, even they open school at 11:30 they are giving rice to children and sending them at 12:30, there is no proper timings and proper care, they are also not giving the eggs and milk, please take my complaint into consideration, if she is not able to do that job, why should a gov pay her salary, i am also a working mother, but if we can do both the jobs equally only we must select that field, there are lot o[censored]nemployeed persons, who are ready to get a integrated in what ever the job, so kindly i am requesting you to go through this

Sewage water collected in park of N block DLF Phase 2 since past 15 days. Its stinking and mosquitoes are breeding leading to serious health issues for the residents. No action is being taken by dlf maintainence person despite repeated requests

We got possession of our flat p033 in October and moved in December 2020. We have complained of seapage in 2 bathroom and adjoining wall. Still after 3 months it is not resolved. The progress of repair work is very slow and without ownership
This is not acceptable from DLF

Blocked drain complaint is from Green Meadows, DLF Phase 4 in Gurgaon

Drain outside house number 6819 is blocked for several months but no action despite several complaints to the local maintenance person. Please get this cleaned otherwise a little rain will flood the road on which house number 6819 along with several other houses are located.

I have filled DLF 2013 EWS Draw but still no update on that .even my money not refunded. That’s the big brand and may be 15k is small amount for them but that’s big amount for me .

Critical and urgent escalation.

Kind Attn: JLL and DLF Capital Greens.

This email communication brings me to both the DLF and JLL teams w.r.t. a critical concern which has endangered life and security of my son yesterday.

This lapse of safety in unacceptable to us, as parents.

Information:

My little 3-year old son was playing in the play-area during last evening hours and was attacked by 3 (three) stray dogs; he badly bitten by them. The wound-cut was so deep that doctors described us this wound as 3rd degree. We were advised for a rapid dose of an antidote which were unable to arrange at good hospitals like Apollo, Gangaram, and even RML.

This incident took the life out of our souls as parents for 7 hours as it was a life threating situation for my son.

My son had to bear the pain throughout and even got 9 injections for the safety. He is still in a mental shock and is bearing an extremely bad pain.

We, as his parents; believe; that everybody who lives here at the DLF Capital Greenslives with a core trust and satisfaction that our family is safe and taken care of; in terms of both security and facilities.

The reality seems to be totally different here. This stray dog issue has been highlighted many times in the recent past and people got injured because of the same but JLL and even DLF is busy enjoying Christmas and New Year, it seems.

Is JLL and DLF Capital Greens waiting that somebody should loose life till we act?

Today it is my child and in-future this incident can be repeated with DLF Capital Greens any resident’s child.

Action request:

I need an explanation for this lapse within 24 Hours.
2. I need to know, why the lapse occurred and all useless teams responsible need to be fired immediately.

3. I need to know why I should not take a strict action against all delegated as well as responsible team, both at JLL and DLF Capital Greens (Central, Regional, Local)?

4. I need a response within 24 hoursfrom JLL and DLF Capital Greens..

I have flat no. UTH-071 in Ultima Project Gurgaon. It is on the seventh floor. Right from the first day, we have been having plumbing issues. The quality of plumbing work is very very poor. There are seepages every where. In the bathroom, from the underground drain line of AC and also from the drain line of the washing machine. The company representative are refusing to correct the problems stating that the unit has been handed over a year back. But we have pointed out the problem with a month of taking over possession. Then due to COVID-19 lockdown the apartment was not inhabited. Now when we have visited the apartment, they refusing to do it stating that the time period of service is over.

We the DLF Woodland Heights, Rajapura, Bangalore are being cheated by the DLF Employees (Existing (Rama Subuddhi) and ex-employees (Sahsikant Hiremath, Raja Tagore)).
These people have floated companies and given the contracts for the Apartment maintenance and management to these companies at an inflated rates and poor service quality.
We residents and owners have no power as the association is managed by DLF.
Every month we end up getting looted and end up paying High Maintenance. All our efforts to bring down the cost by changing these companies go in vain.

I, Sanyogita Yadav wife of Late Shri Joginder Singh, R/o H.No. 587, Sector-10A, Gurugram, Haryana, would like to bring in your kind notice that Mr. Shambir (Shyambir) son of Shri Pahlad Singh, R/o Village Begumpur Khatola, Tehsil & Distt. Gurugram, Haryana has proposed me to sell his property situated at location Property no. C-6/33, in The Alameda, Sector 73, Gurugram through Real Estate Agent, Mr. Jabarjeet Khatana, employee of 99 Estate Pvt Ltd, Registered office at 806-807, Gallaria Market, Gurugram for taking property, respectively i had 2-3 meetins with 99 estate agent in the month of Sept first time, they confirmed with assurance of the property to present some property documents in first look instead of give copy of the same, after having 2-3 meeting with 99 Estate we were assured about the property concern, and tried to finalize the deal, we made a visit again at their office near to the Almada, Sector 73, Gurugram, we were asked to deposit initial amount for Rs. 1 lakh, respectively we submitted vide cheque no. 753846 on 26th Sept 2020, and scheduled a meeting on 3rd Oct 2020 to have face to face interaction with Mr. Shambir (Shyambir as per DLF allotment letter), on the scheduled date, we were asked to give for 2nd initial amount, we gave one more cheque for Rs. 3 lakh vide chq. no.753847 dated 04.10.2020, now in the meeting on 4th Oct, following points were taken by issuing the receipts duly signed by Mr. Shambir, Seller, Estate Agent Mr. Jaberjeet Khatana, and buyer Mrs. Sanyogita to schedule for getting execution of Agreement to Sell (ATS) and the same day asked to pay further 7 lakh with cash Rs. 20 Lakh, now we made a visit on the date of 10th Oct, but unfortunately the date of ATS (agreement to sell) has been got postponed on request of seller due to some challenges on seller end, and we handed over another cheque for Rs. 7 lakh with some cash amount, and confirmed to get ready ATS on 13th Oct, 20, we were shocked to hear their negative response to reschedule ATS date for next few days when we called them on 13th Oct, finally we received a call from them through 99 Estate for having a meeting regarding finalziation, but we surprised to hear their response in the meeting held on 15th Oct, they denied to sell the property with excuses, now we are in position to not handle the situation, i have managed complete fund as they asked to finalized the property, but after taking the money, their intention seem wrong, may possible to have wrong intention to do fraud and cheat with us to misuse of money fraud, now the matter is to expect a relief from DLF Home Developers Ltd to favor with support to continue the agreement as terms and conditions finalized on initial stage, now due to have their wrong intention to cheat the deal, a humble request is submitted before the competent authority of DLF Home Developers Ltd for providing relief to get the property transferred in name of myself instead to Mr. Shambir, i am ready to pay the balance remaining amount against the deal through DLF, Hope to get the relief to hold all actions, if any being proceed to transfer the right of the property to Mr. Shambir.

Till date dlf has failed to remove shantiea construction waste lying on plots 1 to 3 V26 road plot no 1 to 3 dlf phase 3 in this covid times also dlf is not looking into cleaniless

I am resident of s35 block dlf phase 3. Our street 35 some most of the construction balconies is outside there plot area and are basically covering the street. New construction on s36 street is directly touching our roofs so anyone can jump from that side to our roof. My wife is feeling unsafe and telling me to sell the house and move out. I think this the startegy adopting the builders so that families sell there houses and they can build the 6 floors building for rent. Felling helpless. Called to many times dlf security but they dont want to take any action.

I am residing in A-28/16, DLF Phase 1, Behind Mega Mall. I am recently shifted to this place. The neighboring plot is empty and is filled with wild plats, trees and bushes creating creepy insects and mosquitoes in our house and other adjoining areas. The area is extremely unhygienic, not safe for kids and not an idle place to live due to the condition of the neighboring house. Due to these insects, many insect-driven diseases like dengue, malaria can arise which is so dangerous. I request the concerned authority to take immediate action for getting the plot cleaned because it is hampering my day to day life. Please take immediate steps.

Sir, Oakwood Estate is in shambles, structure is crumbling down, it's a serious matter, no one interested in taking stock of the situation, so as a much worried resident I urge you to take some quick actions before it's too late n there's nothing left other than regret. After all It's a DLF project, you can't just let it go un adhered to. Thanks
