Critical and urgent escalation.

This email communication brings me to both the DLF and JLL teams w.r.t. a critical concern which has endangered life and security of my son yesterday.

This lapse of safety in unacceptable to us, as parents.

We the DLF Woodland Heights, Rajapura, Bangalore are being cheated by the DLF Employees (Existing (Rama Subuddhi) and ex-employees (Sahsikant Hiremath, Raja Tagore)).
These people have floated companies and given the contracts for the Apartment maintenance and management to these companies at an inflated rates and poor service quality.
We residents and owners have no power as the association is managed by DLF.

Sir, Oakwood Estate is in shambles, structure is crumbling down, it's a serious matter, no one interested in taking stock of the situation, so as a much worried resident I urge you to take some quick actions before it's too late n there's nothing left other than regret. There's no power supply at our home since 6:00 p. M.in between, the power comes but with very less voltage and a lot of fluctuation that not even 1 tube light works sifficiently. This is to inform you that safaikarmi for lifting of garbage from u-35 is not coming for last 10 days. Lots of garages are scattered here and there. Care takers and some of the other throwing garbage near vacant plot which is open. Dogs and cows are coming and finding there food by opening the plastic bags where smell are coming out. The lane sweeper doesn't pick up leaves from the lane, piles them up only in front of my house, T 18/4, DLF Phase 3, and cleans the rest of the lane. Even after complaining at the DLF site office and community center, no action was taken....

Near dlf please 3 in u 35., there are lots of garbage scattered around here and there and enamating dirty smell from it. Flyies and mosquitos are entering to rooms which may cause serious illness. Please get the dirt clean as earliest. I have pics but unable to upload due to files are size in large. We have two months kid at home and need to keep clean around our society. Reference mentioned subject, team members and staff of DLF is intentionally creating a sanitary landfill unloading truck loads of muck every day for the last 7 days
It is beyond comprehension that in Covid 19 lockdown, someone can be this callous and creating another disease spreading landfill with the residential precinct

The first owner of the apartment was allowed conveyance deed without clearance of ibms charges. After the property was sold to the 2nd buyer and the registration was completed, immediately a demand for ibms charges was forced onto the 2nd buyer.
The 2nd buyer is being pressurized to pay the ibms charges and not allowed mutation.
The ibms should be collected from the 1st owner only.

Please help us with the garbage collection. No one is coming to pick the garbage since the lockdown. We can't keep collecting garbage for 3 weeks. The garbage has been collected in other areas like Sushant lok, but not here.
