DLF — change of plot in hyde park estate, new chandigarh

I was promised by anupama bhatti of dlf office chandigarh that alloted plot no r3 a 418 which can not be considered as a developed plot since it being very much lower than the road level and making it a necessity to build basement to reach road level involving additional cost. The plot is also immediately adjoining private property and affected by sewage flow from that property and can not be considered safe since no boundary wall made by dlf to protect its developed plots in this pocket
I was given option of another plot r3-a-201 (No plc). But the issue is not being finalised and i am being promised through email by anupama bhatti that they are in process of shifting my allotment. Every time one week time is promised with no results. It is requested that dlf being a renowned company should not have such a bad customer relationship and finalise my case promptly
