We are one of the oldest residents of DLF Phase III.
DLF Maintenance Services has not been able to provide any help whatsoever on customer complaints related to trash removal and sanitation from residential areas.
There are some good reasons.
1. DLF is using crude methods for removing trash or cleaning the areas - with BROOMS, carts to manually collect trash from the streets, piling the collected trash on open plots several times.
Solution: Using modern sanitation cleaning machines such as effective street sweepers for removing dirt/litter more efficiently and High-pressure water Jetters for cleaning clogged up drains.
Using Wheeled Bins for collecting waste from public spaces and setting up appropriate Bins for the general public to collect wet/dry Waste, Recycling items, etc
2. All the open plots are filled with trash. Lack of proper sewer connections and open gutters are clearly visible.
Btw, not just the V Block but the whole DLF Phase III seems like a Junk-Yard! DLF Management has not been able to keep the society clean and habitable overall. It is going to be a long-term plan.
