Dlf — delay in registration and wrongful information

We bought a plot from dlf in 2010 in sector 72 gurgaon for alameda.

We were told everything will be done within 3 years and there will be development of the area incluing club and commercial space etc.

It has been 8 years now and we still haven't received registration documents from dlf as they have told us and there is an existing dispute they are fighting over the land. Also as promised in there contract there has been absolutely zero development of the area, there is no club, no commerical complex etc.

I would like the compensation for delay of over 5 years and also being sold the land under false information.
