Dear Sir,
1. I am Group Captain Manoj kumar Jha, who own a Flat(NGH 014) at New Town Heights, Sector-90, New Gurgaon.
2. With grave sadness and concern, I am writing this mail .I had taken over my Flat in Sep 2014, however, due to my service engagements, I was not able to occupy my Flat ( was posted to operational area).
3. At the time of taking over the Flat, I observed seepage in my Flat from entrance of the Flat, through Drawing room, corridor and up to the attached bathroom of the master bedroom.The same was brought to notice of the Maintenance authorities of New Town Heights, Sector-90. I was told that whenever I move to my building, required rectification will be done.
4. Finally, after completion of my tenure at operational area, when I visited my Flat in Jan 2016, seepage still existed and the complete Flat was in very bad condition, with seepage in the rooms and also in the kitchen, due to which :-
(a) Wall condition from entrance of the Flat and up to the attached bathroom of the master bedroom has deteriorated due to seepage.Very seepage exists on the wall of attached bathroom.
(b) The distemper carried out on the wall has also been affected and very visible contrast exists between the rectified portion and the rest of the wall, giving very bad aesthetic and ambiance to the Flat.
(c) Also, the wood work in the bedroom has been adversely affected due to seepage and require immediate rectification.
5. It really pains me to see the state of my flat, which I bought me with so much of aspiration and hope. It is requested that following may kindly be looked into urgently, so that I can move into my Flat immediately with no worries and botheration with what so ever:-
(a) Proper check and re-check of the entire Flat may be carried out to check/confirm the seepage and thereafter necessary rectification should be carried out to ensure permanent solution.
(b) The damaged area due to seepage may be rectified as per the procedure and the fresh distemper should be carried out ensuring that there is no difference in shade or contrast between the two portion of the same wall.
(c) The damaged wood work due to seepage should be rectified or restored at the earliest.
6. It is kindly requested that all the points mentioned at Para 5 above should be looked into, so that I may move into my Flat at the earliest( I had planned to occupy my Flat by 01 Mar 2016)
