DMart — Bill payment got deducted twice

Hi,

I visited Dmart Hinjewadi, Pune on 9 August 2022 and did shopping of Rs 5729.80. During the payment, initially I tried to swipe my Axis bank credit card but it got failed. Hence I used my SBI debit card which got success and money got deducted. After a while, I got a message from Axis bank that same amount for money got deducted from Axis bank account as well. I waited for a while but there was no refund from any bank which should have been done.
Hence I am requesting for refund of Rs 5729.80 as same amount got deducted twice.
