I am regular customer of D Mart, NIBM, Pune. On 13.8.2022 I have purchased worth Rs. 9178.85. PURO salt which was purchased during this visit turns out to be a adulterated/duplicate salt. Our food got spoiled by using this salt as fine particles of colored sand or seemed to be crushed marbles were found.

This was very degusting experience and tarnishing the image of D Mart.

Please have the concerned department/ team. Looking forward to he4ar from you on the matter.

On the date 10th August I have visited to Sanath Nagar D-mart & I have gone there & take a line to take one popcorn for me but one female employee was there who least bothered about the good customer service.

Description about female employee Egoistic, customer unfriendly...
Above all she is least bothered who comes first to them need to serve & also thinking freely serving to the customer.
This kind of employee shouldn't work if they are thinking the work is burden to them.

We brought Mosquite bat (Mosquito Racquet WT Torch PVC [ASL], ID: [protected] ) of 300/- at D-mart RCpurum branch, it worked for just 2days eventhough we are charging fully but its not working.
When we are calling the customer care number, they are not responding.
So please either refund / repair/ replace that bat.

i m a regular customer of dmart (bhayander) n me my whole group around 50 customers are in our society has regularly using mother dairy products & safal snacks items products, , but from last 1 month their is no any motherdairy lassi, tadka chach, fresh cream, uht milk, safal snacks item, mix veg, cheese & butter etc are not available...

So if we do not get this products in your store then we have to choose another option for purchasing our all daily needs goods with all this mother dairy & safal products because we are using regularly this products.

So its an request to avail all mother dairy & safal range at ur (bhayander) dmart store to build relation ship with ur regular customers.

On 05/08/2022 (at 12.29PM), kalyani nagar D-mart has received twice the bill amount due to technical cliche from their side via UPI (G-pay). The original billing amount was Rs.958, but due to technical cliche D-mart has received Rs.958 twice ( i e total of Rs. 1916). Please look into this matter and refund my money at the earliest. Thank you!

Looking over record dont think my complain considered to be solved but to share that today i have purchased product whos MRP is 15 rs. Where as on bill it is 17 rs ( offer discount is also not considered) if we see big picture for 1 day in store how much money will generated on extra charged price. Secondly i have charged extra oil qty. cost when i notice they refund that amount .
Generally havent checked in past but seems like we have to check everything henceforth.

I have proof of it but due to size constraints can not able to upload

Mene soap disk only ek kharidi but mere quantity 2 bdha kr mujhse do ka payment liya gya... Payment me bhi gadbadi ki gai itni samano me kese pta b nhi chlta ghr aakr dekha to do chizo ke extra paise liye gae

For my order number 71229321, one item was not delivered for which delivery persons advised me to raise the query on app. I have raised the same on app as well as mailed the DMart customer care, however neither I received the resolution nor anyone from DMart contacted me. My mistake was that I paid online. Never pay online to them, only pay on delivery after checking all the items.

I purchased a product from dmart, and I was not offered the discount which was mentioned on the product.

They charged me ₹120 more than the offer price ( the MRP of Vaseline healthy bright body lotion spf 30 was ₹499 and the offer price was ₹299 but they charged me ₹419 ) and when i raised the issue the customer care assistant simply neglected it telling me that the price is atleast less than the MRP.

I never expected such worst kind of service from dmart.

So, it's a sincere request to refund me ₹120 which was overcharged than the discount amount which was mentioned on the product to ( A/C No- [protected], IFSC :- SBIN0002185 )

On 15th July I was shopping at D-Mart Ghaziabad and my bill was 5062.90 Rs and i tried to pay that bill via Google Pay UPI app but at the same time transaction went under processing mode and was not completed but amount was deducted from my account. then D-Mart guy says it will be revert in your account after some time and make another payment. Then I swipe my debit card and paid my bill 5062.90 Rs.
But after 2 hours that Google Pay...

I have order home needs on Wednesday it need to delivery by Thursday but the service person called me delivery in 30mins and after sometime I called back to him he told that there pack went in other vehicle, we deliver in 30mins after 1hr again I called back to him he said that oil bottel missing. He gave irrespective answers whole day after sometime got message we cannot deliver today. Later I called service center and raise the issue they said that they will resolve the issue and said they will intimate me but no response. Friday I waited for half day and called to service person no response then called to service center again they saying 1 more day it will take to deliver the products. See how they are palying with customers please consider this as request and take action on this my order number Shipment#[protected].
