[Resolved] DMart — dmart ready - not received online order grocery | |
Hello, As goverment said to stay at home for that i most of people places online grocery order but dmart is not fullfill customer requirements. It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19. Place order and confirm by app on 12th april order no 9519273. Order delivery date 14 th april. No delivery, no response of mail. Again i placed order on 16th april order number 10356066. Order delivery date on 19th april and today is 21 april till now not delivered my order nor respond on mail or calls. Customer care number always busy if we get they cut the phone after hold more then five minutes. I can't understand once order is confirmed why they not supply the order. We understood that this time they have lot of pressure of work but they should at least confirm over the phone or by sms that when we get our order or not get. No process of order tracking. All in dark. Can't expect this from avenue supermarts type of organisation. We bound to go out side to purchase the necessary item. Hi, İ had payed double payment towards oder no :59587988 which upi payment had delayed after that i had swiped my debit card, please check & refund my money today
