I have ordered on 14/4/2020 order no. 10047568 and 10023165 from Dmart app and got a slot of 17/4/ 2020 for delivery but till now didn't get my order delivered. Even not getting a proper response of email. I have tried several times to customer service but no answer. At least you should update us through email, call or SMS about date and time. So that I know that will I be getting my order delivery or not...if not then at least I can order from somewhere else..I just want to know the status of my order...

I appreciate your work in this uncertain condition but at least notify about the order status

I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... If not then atleast i can order from somewhere else.. I just want to know the status of my order...

      I bought olive borges oil from dmart kandivali 0n 19/4/2020 and the amount is rs 5390. I also ordered the same olive oil from amazon on 20/04/2020 and the amount is rs. 2673/- (Attached both the bills)

      I would like to complain, it is clear cheating case, how can you charge me double. I being a senior citizen and not allowed to go outside in this situation and if you charge me double how can anybody trust dmart.

        My name is darshan ashar, i ordered on d-mart ready on april 15th morning and according to this app i have selected april 18th delivery, since 2 days i was calling for my order status, d-mart delivery boys since 2 days. Was giving me wrong information,
        Tonight the final said that my order could not be received. You will be place another new order, we think that d-mart's delivery boys should have sell my order to someone else, please let us deal with this because in such a lock down time, where do we get all the goods?, my father age is 80 years in my house has put us up and we can't go out, my order number 1021557-dated 15.04.2020, was my order in d-mart vasai east branch.

I order some groceries from dmart ready app which suppose to b deliver by today 19th of april between 7am to 9pm and day is already over and i still not received my delivery. Also my friend who says behind my building he got his delivery and i still not received any delivery nor any calls, msg, mails nothing. So can u plz check with that and contact me. Thanks.

            It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19.
            Place order and confirm by app on 13 th april order no 9396142
            Order delivery date 16 th april. And today up to 18 th april
            No delivery, no response of mail. Customer care number always busy if we get they cut the phone after hold more then five minutes.
            I can't understand once order is confirmed why they not supply the order. We understood that this time they have lot of pressure of work but they should at least confirm over the phone or by sms that when we get our order or not get.
            No process of order tracking.
            All in dark. Can't expect this from avenue supermarts type of organisation. We bound to go out side to purchase the necessary item. This is real exam time of these so called online or home delivery services.

              My order no. 10606400dated[protected] from Jaipur tritan mall, before delivery day I have received call that in item show dettol and lifebuoy sanatiger in app not in dmart store so change your item after change order item and strictly refuse for local companies sanatiger item i told if change then only send savlon sanatiger so savlon sanatiger we agree but they send local item oxy sanatiger and now tha calling no. [protected] not answering and block my no.

                Sir,
                I had ordered on delivered on 12th april from dmart ready app and its showing that my products will be delivered between 7am to 9pm on 15th april 2020 but my products isn't delivered me my order no 9702038 yet so i request to get deliver my product as soon as possible or if you won't be able to deliver so just email or call me so that i can purchase from local shop will not wait for it.

                  As scheduled I go for pick up at Hilton Towers - Andheri East, the employee is removing mask and talking and when I correct him he starts fighting with me.. This is how D-mart is training it’s employees.. when I tried recording he tried snatching my phone..

                    Today i received my order but i was surprised after comparing price with bill and mrp on product.
                    I ordered wallnut which u charged 315 rs on bill but that pack mrp is only 250???

                    I counter the same with delivery person he confirmed me that dmart are changing there own rates.

                    You local and ho or customer service no is not rechable.

                      I had placed order from the demart ready application the location was juhu and the order i placed was on 15/4/2020. And the delivery of the order was on 17/4/2020.but i didn't received any order even i tried calling the customer service but their line is always shows busy how poor your service is .

                          From dmart ready app kalyan i have ordered groceries on 13 th april and was supposed to be delivered on 16 th april, but still not received any confirmation. I have been calling customer care since yesterday but always busy. This was not expected at all.

                            Further complaint reference no. : d-c/mah/nav/air-41901, i have got partial delivery worth rs 2833... Instead of total order that of rs 9172 i have placed. Please let me know by when shall i expect the delivery of remaining items. Since i am not able to order anything from other stores since it is not clear that dmart is going to give me delivery of remaining items or not.

                              The total order value was more then 1000. And it was supposed to get delivered today and it was not delivered... We tried contacting them but the number is always found to be busy... Disgusting service from d mart... We expect the dmart to keep their promised delivery and help us in this crisis... We will be thankful to them if they can provide service to us on time.

                                I ordered groceries online in d-mart invoice number[protected] and date 10/04/2020 8:22 a. M.in hyderabad ramachandra puram branch.
                                In my order i booked surff excel front load - 4k. G., but i received top load which item number - 3402 & worth - 929 also they mentioned another item surff excel easy - 3kg & worth - 347 which i did not ordered and received that item which i paid.

                                I requested multiple times to concern branch[protected], but i did not get any response till today.

                                  I am regular visitor to your d mart shop at raipur today i went to return 1 kg of sabudana which i purchased1week before i went with purchase invoice also but one of your junior staff didn't take the stuff back saying that due to coronavirus we are not taking purchase return and there no store manager to attend to my query that time simply ur junior staff was begging to me to hold it till 3rd may after that they will take back.
                                  My complaint is why ur customer care is not working when ur shop is running it's full swing just simply making some square and putting sanitiser in the hands will not surfice the purpose care only comes when u resolve the query immediately i am totally unhappy with your shop services. I want a revrrt on this matter.
