DMart — Indecent staff behaviour & fraud accounting | |
Hi, Today i visited dmart muralinagar, visakhapatnam between 11.30am to 12.30pm. Went to card only kiosk as pos issue staff asked me to pay through upi phone pe, i did paid through phone pe at 12.11 as transaction successful message from phone pe, but staff argued to pay in cash as they did not receive it into their account, i was shown my account statement by opening netbanking, also shown my sms that proves my payment successful to recipient. Till 12.31pm they were argued, arrested, asked to pay again in cash or card. But after 12.32pm they got in their records my payment was successful then asked me to leave, over all indecent way troubled and insulted. Attaching all the required details.
