On 31/1/2021 I had purchased 2 piece of Ariel MATIC top load 4+2kg Price given in diplay/offer is 799rs per piece and in bill item is billed on 900rs per piece..
And I also purchased Loreal 640ml Shampoo 2piece and it's price is given in display was 299rs per piece and in bill it was billed on 495rs per piece...
I need my refund amount of difference

    I have taken biriyani rice and went to weighing counter 03 to get it weighted. I stood at one side of the counter and other side other customer is getting service. After him she had to provide service to me only, but she has given the service to 3rd customer who came after me. I smoothly asked her: did you give service to customers stand at one side? She had replied yes I will service to customers stood at one side only you also come this side. As a customer of D-Mart we will follow your rules and but I am unhappy with the above incident and I asked her is there any display about this? But there is no display that shows at which side to stand to take the service. So, finally I am unhappy with your staff? She neglected me and provided service not in First in First service.       Today we made a purchase of Rs 3398.50 from D-Mart store at gujjangundla ring road, Guntur 522006 but I missed bill out of the store in that bill all are ITC products
      I went back and asked the store incharge please provide the duplicate bill but they are not responding properly and I asked them can I meet store manager but they are not allowed me to store manager and they told me go and give the complaint in online

      Now I am requesting dmart please provide the bill

        Today I went to the d mart gujjangundla store located in guntur after my purchase finished I came out and my bill was gone I came back to the store and I asked the floor incharge and floor manger they are not responding properly and last I requested also them but they told me go and give the complainant of online we are not responsible for that they talking very rudly so iam requesting to d mart pls give me the bill as soon as possible and u have to take action also them

          This is reference to order id 24268586. One of the order was for parachute coconut oil 600 ml dmart price inr 199 but Coco nourish coconut 500 ml dmart price inr 109/- got delivered. There is a price difference of one inr 90 which is to be refunded.

                  I had purchased from Dmart ready on 25/12/20 . paid through UPI but your system shows traansaction expired but the amount was deducted from my account. later after two days Dmart ready person accepted that money received and confirmed by accounts. they will refund it in within two days . After so many days n so many mail and complaint on customer care number no written reply received from team.

                    This is to bring to your attention that the quality of one of your product (a Coffee Mug) purchased on 17th Dec. 2020 from D-Mart of CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is sub-standard. As soon as hot water was poured into one mug, it developed crack and was not usable. I have taken photo of the cracked mug, as well as the bar code sticker and the bill of D-Mart. If you send your email ID, I can send these photos to you. How do I get a replacement/refund of the defective item? I have written a complaint to D-Mart also about it.

                        Today after shopping in your Dmart branch Gopalan maal Bangalore 560026, I had tried to pay through Google pay and transaction failed in first attempt but was successful in second attempt and money was deducted from my account and transferred to Dmart, but bill not generated... So cashier girls demanded to pay again, and made me to pay again through debit card.. so now twice my money is deducted. Please help

                        I paid through UPI against order 23060406 . The Payment was Successful but failed at your Dmart sysytem.

                        My branch SBI confirmed that payment was successful

                        Payment details 25/12/2020 Amount Rs 2092 Ref No[protected]

                        Everyday from last 9 days i am following them 2 times visited to Dmart ready, so many times on customer care number, 4 times mailed. but no proper response from your side not even got reply of my complaint on mail.

                          Hello team,

                          My name is Disha and today I went to Dmart which is located in tirupati, airbypass road. The person who did billing has wrongly entered the item which I havent purchased. I have given 6 panties out of those 6, one is action ladies Eva'a panties so she asked me that I have to buy 3 products as it comes as packet but due to poor maintainance that was mixed with some other products at the store. Later I asked her to remove to cause I don't have time to search remaining 2 panties from the same brand. She haven't cancelled it and entered 3quantity of eva panties in the
                          Bill for which 8 have pain 417 rs extra cause of billing lady mistake. As I'm from out of the town and realised after coming home. Now it's too far for me to go to store again. I tried calling to the store but no one is picking. Please find the attached picture of the bill and do needful asap.

                              This happened on 8th dec in Nellore, Ap branch. There were more than 500 customers waiting in the billing counters and after a while each counter was mentioned closed even more than 50+ customers waiting in line for their turn. Literally I have to move 3 times to get into counters...and u know there were more tham 450+ customers still waiting for their billing turn.i have asked the store managers to extend or continue the same counters. The managers clim. To be krishna & Sam were so rube, impolite did arguments.call me to explain the situation in more details.uploading their pics too

                                        I had recently purchased “go processed cheese” packet of 400 gms. The cheese inside is all hard and dry . It does not melt just burns . Photo attached. The manufacture date is of august 2020. The expiry date is within 6 months. Which means the cheese should be good. A few months back in April too I faced the same issue. Since it’s the second time I had put the complaint. Am a regular customer of dmart and have been using the “Go processed cheese “ for the past 8 yrs.
