I have ordered online grocery 6th April 2021, and paid online, Order No. 27428507, Grocery supposed to be delivered on 8th April 21, between time slot 9:30 to 120:pm, but messages were came for delay in delivery, we accepted but when we followed up in the evening than delivery boys calling and saying your address not found, then saying your order going to be cancelled, we have called to customer care many times but no response, one time connected yesterday customer support executive said grocery will be delivered tomorrow on chosen time slot, today also in the morning i called to customer care and was making sure that delivery is on time they confirmed delivery on chosen time slot, but no body is responding on deliveries even they do not go the stores.
D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I, Mrs. Audrey Girish Tulsankar, had placed an order no: 33630920 amounting to Rs. 693/- on[protected] at 8:30 a.m. on your Dmart ready App using Googlepay. The amount has been successfully debited from my account, however, it is showing as "payment failed" on your app.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, as it is, it's very difficult to find an empty slot for delivery on your app. Looking forward for a resolution asap.
