I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent issues I have been facing with my DMI Finance account. Despite making regular efforts to clear my EMIs on time, I have been unfairly charged and inconvenienced due to the company’s poor service.
Fraudulent Auto Debit Charges:
DMI Finance deducted an auto debit charge from my bank account without any authorization or prior consent. This deduction was made even though I did not opt for any auto-debit facility.
Non-Availability of EMI Payment Link:
On several occasions, the EMI payment link provided by DMI Finance was unavailable or non-functional, preventing me from paying my EMI on time. As a result, I was unfairly subjected to penalties and late fees.
Deficiency in Customer Service:
Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer care team for resolution, no satisfactory response or refund has been provided. The company has failed to ensure a reliable and transparent payment mechanism, which amounts to gross negligence and deficient service. Was this information helpful? |
