Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had taken the subscription of DNA newspaper for 2 yrs for Rs.100 few months before, I have been also receiving the news papar regularly for those mont my vendor has submitted the coupans. To continue with this offer for the next remaining months my vendor is asking to submit the coupans remainng with me. But when I searched for the coupans, i came to know these coupans are missing. So I requested my news paper vendor to reissue me the new coupans, he is asking me to pay Rs.100 again which i had already paid for 2 yrs as he tatlked with DNA concerning person Mr. Rajesh. I have been asked to resubmit the Residential & ID proof which i am ready to submit but how can i repay for the same subscription. As per my knowledge they can easily findout my details from their record and get it confirm from their end and reissue me the coupans for next remaining months. I have also dialed the concerning person's cell given by my Vendor, but he is not picking up the phone, so how can i come to know about the status of my Subscription for which I have already paid. So I request you to please look into this issue & help me. This is not only the matter of money i am not just registering this complaint for the same but i expect that i should get the proper justice from your side.

My daughter ms.Ishita V. Chaubal (age 9 yrs) was interested in subscribing dna ya (childrens new paper).In this regard I had inquired in dna office on the phone no.[protected]as mentioned in the form she had received from the school)and I got dna dealer - mr. Rajendra kadam (mobile no. [protected]). After contacting mr.Kadam he sent one person to collect the cheque drawn in favour of "dna " amounting to rs. 100/- For the yearly subscription of dna ya which comes on every sunday. He promised us that we will get the coupen within 21 working days and gave a receipt heading subscriber's copy form no. 2131840 (mre/Excetive code: 2583). Till date we had not received any coupen or any response from the news paper regarding this.The cheque was cleared from the bank immediatedly after 2 days.

After continuously calling to dna's office nobody bothers to resolve the matter. And everytime mr. Kadam promises that he will start subscription next week.

This is not the question of loosing rs.100/- But the mental harrasement suffered by my daughter as every sunday she eagrly waits for the newspaper but in vain...this is not at all expected from reputed newspaper dna. Henceforth I will not suggest anybody to subscribe any of the dna newspaper.

I have subscribed for dna newspaper by paying 500.00 for annual basis. the cheque given by me was showing entry in my bank passbook on 07/ 07/10.the vendor started delivery of news paper from sept. as I received the coupens in aug.he had kept all the coupens with him. he did not delivered the newspaper regularly, ( the reason for the brakes are as to attend relative marriage etc.).now from 30th june he has stopped the delivery saying that all the coupens are over.in between period many times he has delivered me hindustan times instead of DNA.

I have submitted a cheque bearing no 644484 of Rs 199/= for 2 yearly subscription of DNA news paper and the amount is cleared by bank vide transaction ID COB DNA 644484.Initially I had been told that you will be receive coupon through courier within seven days but till to date I have not received any coupon.Kindly help me out.

On date 1st March 2011, I filled two year subscripton form through one DNA executive named Gopindra Singh (ME-1511). I was promised to get coupens within 4 weeks; accordingly cheque given by me also debited from my account within a week time. But as of now I have not received any coupen from DNA. But regularly I got false committments from DNA office Pune saying that coupens are dispatched. One team lead of Mr Gopindra named Shashikant also talked very rudely with me and asked me to contact to DNA office not to him. From office once they gave me courier contact number also whose name was Mr Rokde. But before 2 days he also said that all couriers are returned back to DNA. Please suggest how to resolve this conflict?

I am getting SMS aleart on my cell no ([protected]) from DM-DNA-News Bulk SMS.

I never enrolled for this service and in-spite of my DND service activated its continued. Also there is no contact details given anywhere where I can contact and discontinue anywhere. This is really disgusting and disturbing.
Can any one help me stopping this service or taking them to consumer court for disturbing my privacy?

i had subscribed DNA newspaper last year at Rs 399, but according to new plan subscription the subscription is of 250 for 2 years.. but plan is not over and i had to pay some extra money and one year less subscription offer is provided..

FOOLING BUSINESS OF DBA NEWS PAPER PUBLICATIONS
I would like to inform I had subscribed to DNA news paper in the month of November 2010 and I received phone call from DNA courier person that he will be delivering the coupon booklet in second week of November 2010 but till date I have not received the above coupons. After various calls made by me to DNA office representative for which I have received false promises that the same will be received by me within a weeks time till date I have not received the same. I have sent atleast 10 sms on 575758 for the same.
I have received various calls from DNA representatives but with all false promises. With a subscription of Rs.200/- I have spent more than that in Phone calls to DNA office and sms.

My name is Aniruddha Malvi and I subscribed for the special DNA Newspaper Scheme, where in they are providing 2 years subscription in Rs. 250:00. I applied for the same from their website : www.dnaindia.com/subscription; after that i got a confirmation mail from them that the request has been accepted and also attached was a temporary receipt for the amount I paid. I received that email on 22nd of Feb 2011. I was waiting for more response from DNA, but after a week I called on the helpline numbers I got from there website. After calling them the first thing they told me was shocking, they said we have not received any request from your end for the subscription. I gave them all the details I had and they gave me an email id of their manager ( Pravin Kadam ) so I forwarded the temporary receipt email on that email id. But again there was no reply nor a call back about the status of the request.

I was totally fed-up calling them again and again, but there was no resolution provided, so I dropped an email to all the available email id's i got from DNA website on 17th march, but even then there was no reply from DNA. I called their Mumbai Customer Care Office on 21st March morning and had conversation with the Customer Care Manager, he convinced me of personally looking into the issues and said will get back to you in 24 hrs. but again the same old story was repeated and again i called him ( today ) 23rd March and again his reply was please give me 24 hrs and will update you about the situation. I asked him to reply the email i sent, but there is still no reply over it, even after informing the Customer Care Manager number of time about replying.

I am really fed-up of the services and wondering that if this is the start then what will be the future. I have been calling them day-in & day-out and there is no resolutions provided. it's like i paid them Rs.250 and my calls bill has gone now to Rs.100.

I request to take a strict action against DNA Newspaper and if possible please file a personal harassment case against them from my side, I have all the required proof of the emails I received and I sent. I want this not for me but for other many people who may have gone thru such harassment.

Shame DNA team.
My cheque with amt 199 was encashed for 2 years subsriptions on 21-feb-2011. Initially i was told within 2 weeks i will get coupons for the same. Now even after one month, i didnt receive. It seems the contact number of DNA are fake. I was trying on the numbers [protected] and 43888108. No one picks up the calls. Somehow I managed to contact with the head office at lower parel. The courier was returned as the courier person is unable to locate my address. They are lying. Their executive came to collect cheque for subscription at my address without any hardles, but they failed to locate my address when they have to deliver coupons to me.My subscription details are retrieved based on my mobile number. It seems DNA team is not smart enough to call up at the customer to check the address,in case they are not able to locate.
I am buying the paper /recommedning people to read ever since the paper was released.Looking at complaints, it is evident DNA team has no morals and the paper lying the people. Now onwards I decided not to buy DNA paper even to clean my child's .

I have subscribed for 1 year DNA news paper online on 25 Feb 20011, but till date news paper is not started and also didn’t get proper response from DNA and I also didn’t get coupons, people using online service for fast response from the service provider, but DNA giving Worst service for online subscription.

I have made payment by my credit card on 2nd feb 2011 for 2 years renewal coupons of Rs.199.

Still I have not received coupons from the compnay. I called 20 days back and 4-5 times to the company but always someone picks up the phone and disconnects it! accidentally a girl took the phone that day and said I will receive the coupon within 10 days. Its been more than a month now still I have not received the coupons.

and I have been calling them on this Number[protected] so many times in a day, some one picks up the phone and disconnects it!!

I sent mails twice to [protected]@dnaindia.net about this complaint by my email id- [protected]@gmail.com, but there is no response from the compnay!!

I have been paying cash of Rs.85 to my Paper boy from last 2 months!

If DNA reads this then note my number- [protected] & send my coupons within next 3 days or else send my money back to me.

ON 18th jan 2011.As per coriour co record the coupan was handover & status/ remarks is the cell no [protected] Which is not my cell no.

I am a regular DNA Subscriber . During the month of October i had received a call/multiple SMS from their representative, for renewal of the subscription. When i said that the current subscription is valid till Jan 2011 and there are 3 more months to go, he said that their process of renewal starts 3 months prior.
.
On good faith basis i had given the cheque for Rs 299.0 being renewal for 1 year. Till date the coupouns have not been received.
.
Now i find that DNA has comeup with an offer of TWO YEARS SUBSCRIPTION at Rs 199 while that of 1 year is Rs 149.
.
I had written to their subscription department seeking clarification, but alas the response was "its a management decision..... and no one case help that..... "
.
Its not a matter of Rs 100.00 but what is lost in the process is the FAITH and also TRUST.
.
Furthermore, there is no exit option. My specific query is
a. When the subscription has NOT YET started, should not there be an exit scheme
b. The renewal coupouns have not been recd till now, so should not there be an exit scheme
c. There is no response to my queries expect for the first one. I wanted a clarification from their HEAD SUBSCRIPTION / HEAD CUSTOMER SATISFCATION team. which is not forth coming
d. There should some griveance redressal mechanisim, which seems is not in place.

THEY CLAIM THEY ARE NO. 2 - But seems that is True rather in a different perspective....

I need either an exit scheme or they should make my loss good. There is no option for either of two as per their mail...

I had subscribed for DNA on 27/09/2010 thru a stall at Andheri -Chakala- .
I paid cash of Rs. 249/- to the Executive Mr. Sunny([protected]) & Mr. Ramesh. I also recieved a call for confirmation and verification of the details next day..

However, since then I'm waiting for my coupons to be delivered which said would be delivered within 3-4 days. Its been more than 20 days and I havent yet got the same. I have been trying to reach the executives, but now they have stopped answering my calls and email to <[protected]@dnaindia.net> are also going unanswered..
