DNA newspaper has launched a scheme of Yearly subscription in 499 My DNA my BNO:2296992 FORM NO.1521677. MYDEPOT NAME-C32 GOREGAON MY VENDOR NAME-C32V0004 RAVI DASARI My mobile no. -[protected]... I have paid Rs. 499/- & subscribed to your paper 2 months back.. i hope the newspaper is launched... i have not yet recieved a FREE GIFT of Rs. 250/-same at my address 5/GOGRI NIWAS AAREY ROAD, GOREGAON (W) please have this investigated & do the need..

CHIEF EDITOR- DNA NEWSPAPERS - It is unfortunate that I am complaining against your own newspaper in your own complaint column, let us see how helpful it is. Even last year, your representative visited our residenc only when complaint was lodged with you. I am a avid reader of your papers almost after it hit the market but for more than almost two months, the newspaper guy has stopped by fav daily. I hv sent number of SMSs and I am getting prompt reply - somebody will approach me but I do not when he will approach me. Your marketing department especially in Borivali is non responsive. In fact you should set up a system wherein just 15 days prior to expiry, somebody from marketing department should visit, pick up the cheque and do not take extreme step of discontinuation. I had registered for DNA newspaper through prepaid system.Even after complaining several times I am not receiving Newspaper from last 10 days.

The are person named Mr.Mayur ([protected]) never picks up the cell phone even after calling several times. DNA person are also not keen help in the same regards.

I ahd already paid the cheque for 1 year, but I have recieved the paper only for 2 montsh and its not been deleiverd at my residence

I have subsrcibed DNA Prepaid Subsrciption Booklet No. 1621960 which has cupons validity From January 2009 to December 2009 from my Vashi, Navi Mumbai Vendor : Rasi - Sector 16, Vashi, New Bombay. During the month of April 2009 to July 2009, Rasi Vendor was not giving me newspaper due to his personal reasons at my residence in Sector 16, Vashi. Later found out reason was Vendor in financial crisis. Hence I did not get newspaper from April 2009 to July 2009 and have got coupon for the same.

I had contacted your DNA office who put me on with a DNA staff -Mr. Amar Mobile [protected] who asked me to contact E. Masanan on Phone 27881005 of Nav Ratna Sector 17. I tried to contact but was not available during the time. Hence I had very poor response from DNA Newspaper for non delivery of DNA Newspaper for that period nor did he help me to give another vendor for supply of newspaper. I tried other local vendors, but they refused to give me newspaper since I was taking newspaper from Rasi Vendor. This problem was also explained to DNA office staff who did not bother to sought the problem out.

From September 2009 onward, another newspaper vendor [ name not known to us] regularly started delivery of DNA newspaper to my house which is too late in the morning after 8.00AM for which I have handed over the coupons to him from Sept 09 to December 09.

Now at present I have coupons which are not utalised from April to July. Can I utalise these coupons and give it to my vendor who refuses to take these coupons for the month of January 2010.

This is to get to your notice that I Ms.Beatriz D'souza has subscribed for the Dna news paper for this year and has issued a check payment for the same of rupees 450 but my agent Mr.Bipen at Mahim refuses to give the paper saying that the DNA office has not given the coupon with the number to him. But I had got a call from DNA office from Mr.Bupesh Thakur saying that I will get the paper from thursday that was last thursday and now one week has past.He gave me a coupon number which is as follow 1189150. My main complain is that Mr.Bupesh Thakur is not attending our phone call and some times keeps his mobile switched off mode. Please do help me. My mobile number is [protected].

Since last Friday(from 22.05.09) I am not receiving your Newspaper. I enquired with my vendor and he told me that some problems towards supply is going on. DNA HAS STATR THE 1 YEAR SUBSCRPTION OF RS. 449/-FOR 1 YER. SO I HAD PAID RS. 449/ - ON 28/04/2009. IN PUNE. I EXPECTED THAT PAPER IS START ON 1/5/2009 BUT TILL 5/5/5009 PAPER IS NOT START.SO LODGE THE COMPLAINT IN THEIR PUNE OFFICE LANDLIND NUMBER.[protected]/17. THEY PROMISE TO ME THAT THEY START THE PAPER FROM 7/5/2009 BUT UPTO 10/5/2009 PAPER IS NOT START. SO DAILY CALL TO THEM FOR REFUND BUT NOW THEY NOT REFUND ME . AND FORCEFULLY READY TO GIVE ME PAPER, WHEN NOW I AM NOT READY TO TAKE THE PAPER

NO ONE IS TAKE MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY. NOW I WANT REFUND.

Hi... When I Subscribed Bangalore DNA newspaper. was told that there will be lucky draw within one month of its launch in Bangalore. Its been nearly 5 months now and I don't see any lucky draw happening at all. There were lots of costly take away gifts promised by the sales executive of DNA newspaper.

Also, we were given a DNA card which said there was 10% off in some shops. I haven't tried that now. But initially within 1 month of the launch they were not working either. This newspaper company is just hiding things that were promised to us initially.

I had subscribed on[protected], cheque number - 69711, The City Co-Op Bank Ltd. and my subscription has been stopped by the vendor with effect from 1-2-2009.As the duration of the subscription has not expired the supply of newspaper has been stopped.The vendor says that the supply has been stopped by the DNA itself. I also want to renew my subscription but have not found the helpline number on the DNA's website.

I have subscribed to your paper and I have not been delivered a single issue. Is this some kind of a joke? Your customer care people do not answer our calls and I have been trying to reach you.

I have for the first time subscribed through local agent yearly subscription for DNA Newspaper by paying cheque for Rs.399/-.DNA called me over phone and verified all the required details and paper was delivered subsequently. Unfortunately the delivery was very erratic and there is no delivery for the past ten days. Since the commencement of the delivery for the last twenty days, I had received paper only for 8 days. In inspite of contacting DNA I have not received the paper yet. The local Newspaper agent is totally unhelpful, they never give any reply on this. Is there any way to make a complaint to any consumer governing authority so that these kind practice is stopped and proper support is provided to customers.

no vendor has came to collect the vendor coopon till now and i do no about other who are receiving the news paper or not in my area

executive in August 2008, I was told that from October I will be receiving the
paper but it was not happened.

I heard that it’s going to start some
time in mid of December. But unfortunately I lost my coupons which I got from
your executive,

I got an SMS from your DNA to submit my
coupons to the dealer, but I don’t have the coupons now.

I logged into their official site and tried to subscribe from there but was not able to as the link is showing error. Request you to help me for the same on priority basis.

We subscribed for the DNA Bangalore edition & we were assured that that we will be getting the newspaper from October 1st, but till now nothing has come, Even the priviledge card is not accepted anywhere, None of their contact options work, phone is swithched off and the email bounces back and the sms is rejected.

I did participate in DNA launch offer at Bangalore by subscription for 1year by paying Rs. 299. I was impressed with lot of hoarding across bangalore and when their Exective who came to our door with launch offer, promoised that it would start as of October 1, 2008. its almost a week now, the Agency is not aware of any launch happening .calls to the query no[protected] provided with the sucscription booklet seems to switch off. It looks like Bangalore people are left in a awe, also a new way a daylight robbery .
I did get their bangalore office Burton road office no[protected], and call to their office are replied as the launch will happen only on December.

would appreciate if i would get my hard earned money alongwith interest

DNA newspaper has launched a scheme of Yearly subscription in 299. Their representative came to my home and gave the details. He promised me that he will send the hawcker to receive the coupens but nobody came for that. regular hawker is not ready to give the paper without giving the payment coupen for atleat six months in advance. Then another representative came from DNA he sent one hawker to receive the commencement coupen He came and collected the commencement coupen but still we have not received even a single copy of news paper after 3 months also. Many times we launch a complaint on DNA site also but there is no response. DNA services are too bad I don't know how is the paper contents. I 'll suggest to all to not to take DNA in the yearly subscription. They don't fulfill the promises.
