I ordereda farmouse cheeze burst medioum size pizza worth rs.412 but it didn't orderd due to some technical error on their official website so my money deducted from my account but pizza not ordetred and then they send a mail to me on my id:bhargav.[protected]@gmail.com..is that sir we will refund ur money in 3-7 working bussiness days and today is 15 feb 2017 my money is not refunded yet...the offficial statement they send to me is below... Hi KARAN BHARGAV, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 412. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail.
