Domino's Pizza — amazon pay amount deducted but order not confirmed | |||||
Hey there, I placed an order yesterday of an amount 322 rupees. After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app v6.1.6 and entering my details the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed. I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number. I got a cashback of rs: 96 Mobile num: [protected]. I ordered from Domino's non bulky order. It was delivered cold after 45 minutes and quality of the pizza was very poor. I called customer care executive multiple times I was charged for the the call and nothing was done them and restaurant.
