Domino's Pizza — Amount debited but order not placed and now refusing to refund. | |||||
On 31st dec 2015, i tried to place an order through paytm wallet. but amount has been debited and order not place, i called customer care they said, your amount will be refunded and ask again try to place order. i again place the order, and this time also same happens amount debited but order not placed. i called customer care, they forwarded my call to feedback department and they raised a complain and said you will get a call from our side and will help you. today, i got call from domino's and they are saying they did not received the amount as you need to talk with paytm, we can't refund the amount. when i asked for written communication in that also they are saying we cant provide you a written communication. i talked with paytm, they are saying in their database transaction is showing as successful, talk with domino's.
