Domino's Pizza — Amount debited from an account for unsuccessful order from Mobile app.

On 31st Dec 2020 booked order from Domino's Pizza store mobile app worth rupees 1170/- INR.

Amount was deducted from bank account but order was unsuccessful ( it was not showing on mobile app).

We tried to call on customer care number[protected] available on google) but its getting switched off.

We checked with nearest store on the same day within approximate 45 minutes they informed, it will be credited within 7 working days.

We have also escalated this issue on "[protected]@jublfood.com" they provided link to fill details so customer support team can call back regarding concern. (they mentioned they will call back within 24-48 hrs.)

Its been 4 days days more than 24 hrs. but no any communication received from Domino's side.

Yesterday replied to that email, but they are not responding to email also.
