Domino's Pizza — amount refund status

Hi, i have ordered pizza from domino's through swiggy on 5th jan 2020 at 01:00 am approx.in midnight but the ordered was not delivered & we slept empty stomach because of them. Again, in morning when i tried complaining swiggy for not delivering
Pizza & asking refund my money but they told that can't do anything as domino's is individual entity, so domino's will only refund the amount.
Then i contacted domino's for refunding the amount, they raised the ticket (Ref. No.[protected] & told that amount will be credited to my account within 7 working days but it's been more than 2 weeks, i haven't received my amount. For refund status, i have called domino's customer service for more than 8 - 10 times but till time no resolution has been provided.
Pls look into this.
