    I ordered from Domino's Pizza app on 1st October, 2023. The outlet in Hinjewadi, pune is very inactive and sluggish in online delivery. They always disappoint with their store being offline most of the times. I had to select the advance order option which was 10:59 AM now they have rescheduled it to 10:59 PM. I just want to cancel my order but that option is also not available in the app. This the worst experience I've had with a food delivery company.

      I had placed a order from dominos pizza app on 29 September 2023, and had paid using phone pe. Money was debited but the order was not placed. Please look into it to initiate refund

        I have followed up on email for digital invoice at least 5 times on the email given by their customer care number but not got response with required details. Each time they say we will get back to you.
        I don't know how the customer are is even operating or functional or just automated responses are getting sent.

          Tried to order pizza from dominos app on date : 26th August 2023, evening 7:30 pm, money deducted from account but the order dint got confirmed, the error message was - could not completed your order, some error occurred.
          Amount - 506Rs deducted, no order was confirmed in App.
          Screenshot attached -
          1. Bank statement - showing amount deduction - bil no. - BIL/ONL/[protected]/JubliantF/DOMINOS_YICI205.
          2. OTP in registered mob, amount deduction message.
          3. Dominos app with last order - on date 13th August 2023.Waited for 2 weeks but money was not returned back.

            I ordered a pizza from their app on 16 sep 2023 at 2128hrs. The order was guaranteed 30 minutes order. It was delivered at 16 sep 2023 at 2209hrs that is after 41 minutes. (Timings are as per what is displayed on their app)

            I tried connecting with their help assistant which was kept getting hanged last night.
            The delivery sheepishly said sorry.

            Now when I raised complained on their customer care number in morning.. they sent me a link to register the complaint for reimbursement as per guidelines ilon their site and after registering it shows that delivery was made at 2152hrs...

            What a balant lie by dominos and jubilant food

              Dear Domino's Pizza Customer Service,

              I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with your online ordering system. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the convenience and taste of Domino's Pizza, but my recent encounter left me unsatisfied and frustrated.

              My ordeal occurred during my lunch break, which is limited to just one hour from 12pm to 1pm. I understand that pizza delivery typically takes around 30 minutes, so this leaves me with a mere 30-minute window to place my order and have it delivered in time for my lunch break.

              I proceeded to select the items I wanted and proceeded to the payment section. However, to my dismay, I received a message stating that the Bank Union Bank server was down, and I needed to wait. I waited patiently for a few minutes, hoping the issue would be resolved. But, to my frustration, the same message appeared again when I attempted to make the payment.

              I began to watch the clock, realizing that I only had 15 minutes left to place my order, or I would go without lunch. I attempted to make the payment multiple times, only to receive a message stating that the maximum number of payment attempts had been reached. This left me wondering how many attempts I had made and what I should do in this situation. The lack of information made the situation even more frustrating.

              In a last-ditch effort to order, I decided to change my selected items and opt for cash on delivery. However, to my surprise, I encountered the same message stating that the maximum attempts had been reached. By this point, it was too late, and I was left without lunch.

              What was even more disappointing was the fact that the feedback and complaint options within the app provided only pre-selected responses, leaving no room for me to express my frustration and seek a solution to the issue. It felt like there was no way for me, as a customer, to communicate my concerns and have them addressed.

              This experience has left me extremely annoyed and dissatisfied. In the end, I decided to remove the Domino's Pizza app from my phone and vowed not to order from your service again. I believe that I can now focus on healthier food options and avoid the frustration that comes with attempting to place an order through your app.

              I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique of your online ordering system. As a customer, I value clear communication, timely service, and the ability to address issues when they arise. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet these expectations.

              Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns. I hope that my feedback will help improve the overall customer experience at Domino's Pizza.

                I'm utterly furious with Domino's, and I don't mince words when I say this: your service has been a complete disaster. I placed an advance order worth ₹451, and guess what? It never arrived, and the store couldn't be bothered to answer my calls or offer any explanation because the phone gets never connected. At 1 am in the night, it shows me out for delivery and then delivered. The customer support makes it more irritating because no one is there is contact, only same chats with the so called virtual assistant. There is no address of the restaurant and i cant file a feedback because of that.
                I need my refund asap.

                  I placed an order at the store in sector 8c Chandigarh for a combo Double Cheese veg pizza. I paid Rs. 220/- No payment receipt was given to me. I was told my order number. In store dining is on the 1st floor. The display screen was not working there. So no announcement of my order being ready. When I go downstairs my order was on the counter.. cold. As it was a combo, still no cold drink was served to me.

                  All tables were dirty. Twice I asked for clearing at least one. No response.

                  When I asked for my bill, I was given one which was issued for one 'sp Singh' for Rs.291.00

                    I had ordered for a pizza online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 210. I had paid the amount via my UPI. The transaction was unsuccessful on website but succesful from UPI. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 31/8/2023. Refund was promised but i haven't received it yet. The transaction number mentioned below in images i'm sharing. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

                      I am writing to follow up on my recent refund request. While I appreciate that the amount of my order has been refunded, I am disappointed that I have not received any compensation for the inconvenience caused by the failed delivery.

                      As I mentioned in my previous email, my order was not delivered within the promised timeframe and I had to spend time on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Additionally, when I tried calling the restaurant, their number was out of service. This situation has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

                      I kindly request that you provide me with fair compensation for the time and effort I have spent trying to resolve this issue. I believe that this is a reasonable request given the circumstances.

                      They don’t care about any complaints. All they understand is late order or refund. I want compensation. They have no right to waste my time.

                        I have placed an order at night on Domino's website but my order was not confirmed and money got deducted and also there was a message that you will receive a message about your order confirmation and in case your order is not confirmed you will get a refund but I didn't receive any message or refund. I tried to talk on website chat option but there was no resolution. I don't know what to do now.

                            A recent order that I placed from my dominos app, in Sri Ganganagar city on Aug 12 for a delivery amounting to Rs 922. The order was delivered after around 1.5 hours thereby not honoring the 30 mins delivery guarantee that was very much valid on that order. Now after raising innumerable concerns via the dominos app I have still not received any resolution or refund. After having raised the issue so many times I have still not got any resolution. This is not the kind of resolution we as customers expect from a fast food chain as large as Dominos. After clearly mentioning the delivery guarantee it's unseemly to try to budge from that stance.

                              First a fall I am a die hard Dominos pizza fan, I don’t fall for any other pizza except the dominos. But here in greater Noida there is a big problem arising as the employees who are working in the Dominos outlet don’t know about how to make the pizzas. I am a lot disappointed by them. As I was travelling in this early week I was in Rishikesh and I had their new red hot pizza and many more and my experience after tasting that was as awsm as I want to get after spending the money. So after returning to home I ordered the same pizza along with the panner onion pizza and many more item in greater Noida Jagat farm outlet, but this time the pizza was so worst I can’t tell you the whole pizza goes to the dustbin, all the pizza was so dry and taste less. The hard earned money I spent on the pizza goes in dustbin it’s so sad guys. As a die hard fan of domino’s I must say if you guys don’t Take care of it they I must say one day they guys can make your market down in this area because many other branded and non branded stores are providing such a great pizza and service. Please it’s a request to go through it and make them sure that they are making and providing the best product and service as other outlet are providing except greater Noida and here i am attaching the pic of one of my pizza see that!

                                My name is Mohammad Yakub Shaikh i ordered the pizza from dominos from swiggy order screenshot attached below, When i placed the order and called the outlet to send me some extra oregano he requested me to cancel the order and was very rude to me and said where i stay is a blacklist area and i keep ordering from swiggy but no one never said and if my area is blacklisted then while swiggy allowed me to place the order for dominos and they asked me to come on the main road to collect the order i agreed when i came on the road i was waiting for a very long time for the order to come i was very unhappy with the rude behaviour with the store representative and was not helpful i will also escalated this issue to the higher management of dominos. Please look into this it was my very bad experience with the outlet and will never think or ordering or visiting.

                                  Everytime The staff from Domino's calls and tells me to share the link to their personal numbers.

                                  This is clearly invasion of privacy and so cheap.

                                    On 15th August i ordered pizza from Dominos pizza of Rs 533.40 I pay with QR code method after confirmation of payment they received my ordered and tell me to wait... I was waiting for my pizza within 10 min they call me at cash counter and tell that ' ur payment was not received.. u have to pay again on link which I'll send u' I check my balance money was deducted from my account I told them ' money was deducted from account' she told " u will get ur refund money in 1-2 hours" so I pay again with the link what she send me on my contact number... after one day I contact her ask about my refund she told " mam I'll check.. I'll send u mail" after 2 days also I didn't received any mail OR my refund... plz help me out with this...
