Domino's Pizza — annoying behaviour of your outlet boys call receiving

Sir It is very sad to inform you that some of the workers at your outlet (city mall, kota) do not know how to receive calls and treat with the customers and thus detoriating the name of your company. I called up at the outlet and ordered the menu but the reciever put down my call on hold... And did not pick up my call until it was 11 night and then picked up the call saying they no more can help me. I was hungry and even annoyed with the man but was helpless.
