Domino's yesterday i have order two pizza n cold drink worth rs. 648 but delivery boy cancelled the order and said i can't come to your place. After that i ordered pizza frm some different store and transaction got confirmed, i got message of deduction of 648rs both the times. But didn't get order it and page showed - session got expired. So by this way my three times transaction got waste. Please tell me when i can my money back. 648+648+648 = 1944rs.
At least give me some confirmation via email or call that when i will get my money.
Transaction which delivety boy cancelled - contact no-# order no -60
For other two, order no itself i didn't get but transaction got cancelled.

    Hi i ordered pizza online on 25th sep, the money was deducted from my account but they didn't got the pizza order request due to some error... Initially they told me i will get my money back within​ 7 days... Then they shift their words like the money will transfer within bank's 7 working days... Now they are telling that bank's 7-10 working day... And they connect to their manager/other person they spoke rudely... Please take an action

      I am use to customer of domino's but really dis-pointed with my last exp. At kharar punjab as attached over the internet number given wrong. I personally visit at given screenshot i order the med nht farmhouse with cheez bust but over counter i check the i told the boy its not cheez bust i dined. I keep same to my home while i started to eat i was really useless from i tried to call same domino but number was wrong. As per below address. Mob no. [protected]

        We are hostelite and placed an order from karvenagar (Shahu colony lane no. 11 opposite) on 4th september 2017 (10:06) to [protected] (Delivery boy) and main outlet ([protected]). Location : nal stop. Delivery boy met with an accident but they didn't informed as such. They should have and moreover after two and half hours they were available and responded very rude and even to our matron. Kindly take some action in context of maintenance. We agree that the circumstances were not so and we also feel condolences. If they would have informed things would have been better.

          Hello,

          I would like to complain in regards to dominos store located in mansarovar plaza who manager is mr. Juneid khan. Me and friends placed an order of chicken loaded and chicken meatballs with diet coke however what i received was veg loaded pizza and that too with chicken wings. Instead of apologies for making us wait for almost half an hour and giving wrong order manager snatched the box of chicken wings and asked us to wait for next 10 minutes more to provide chicken meatballs. After which we received chicken meatballs and that too without peri peri marination. Later when we opened the pizza and again found wrong order. We checked, it was veg loaded pizza the order number was incorrect and on top of veg pizza non veg red mark was shown. You check the same in attachment. We were left with no choice but to eat it because we order small pan pizza and we 4 had all the pieces and came to know about it later when we felt the taste is different so in the end we paid for non veg and had veg pizza. Also almost spent more then 1 hour for such small meal we did not get any apologies from the manager or staff. Disappointed with dominos and its staff. I saw as the dominos is coming up with something new i did not knew this new strategy of dominos. I would prefer local shop pizzas rather then going to dominos. Also it's better not to have manager then having it like mr. Juneid khan.

            I had purchased a gift card using little app on 19th of august. Dominos site had some technical glitch because of which my voucher couldn't redeem. Since then i've contacted both the little app and dominos. Little app customer care says that dominos are solely responsible and have even raised a complaint from their end. I've been trying to reach out to dominos but there's literally no response. They always say that a back-end team would contact me but its been more than a week since and i haven't got any response from them, even via mail or call. I would urge taking strong actions so that they don't repeat and treat their customers well. Dominos doing this is the worst thing ever. Contact - [protected]

              Hello there, yesterday i ordered pizza at night around 12:30 am, it went through and the amount got deducted from my ola money wallet. However after waiting for almost 2 & half hrs, the dominos guy calls me and says that the delivery man somehow met with an accident and all the pizza got damaged, but prior to that i had called him and he said to me that the delivery man is on his way which was almost an hour back before the call about the delivery man's supposed accident. I am truly disheartened by the service, if you cannot deliver it at night, why the heck do you even keep the service. Coming to point now, how will get my money back? Reply asap

                Dear sir,

                Please treat this as a complaint against woeful service standards from domino's pizza india.

                Addressed to dominos: shame on you guys... Forget about 30 min delivery, they didnt even turn up to deliver!

                Guys.. If your business proposition revolves around delivery standards especially timeliness, at least ensure your pizza reaches your customers. Very disappointed with the pathetic service meted out to customers

                Coming to the details:

                I had planned a pizza night with my family tonight (3rd sep) and had placed an order via the dominos mobile app (Order no. 194 placed at 21:12 pm)
                I received sms and email alerts about the order being placed at dominos ajaynagar.
                On further tracking around 9:30 pm, received an update that sagnik was on his way to deliver the pizza. But the pizza finally didnt arrive at all!

                Tried checking with the customer care multiple times but they were clueless, some even claiming the order was never placed!!

                Finally on checking with the ajaynagar dominos outlet around 11:30 pm, they made up a story about how sagnik supposedly met with an accident and they had forgotten about the pending delivery. He promised to deliver the pizza by 12, but i had had enough by then.

                Ordered food from a local eatery for dinner, but left with a very bitter taste. This is the last time am placing my trust on dominos, since this is the 2nd time dominos messed up a delivery for me.

                In a nutshell:
                1. Absurd order placement/restaurant selection by the app - my order was placed at ajaynagar outlet despite naktala outlet being within 2 kms from my residence

                2. Clueless customer service: dont know why they have a customer care service in place if they cant provide any help in tracking orders

                3. Woeful delivery standards: pizza doesn't reach you!!!

                Request necessary action please.

                    Yesterday on september 2nd 2017
                    I was trying to order pizza and payment to be done by paytm but due to the network error payment was not completed. So i didn't order.

                    Today on 3rd when i was trying to order he refused to give me pizza saying yesterday i went to the address and no one came. I was shocked with his blunt response and it was too rude. First of all i did not know if there is any order placed at my end as the payment was failed.

                    Kindly action this behaviour.

                    On 29 august 2017 i have ordered 4 pizza from sector 20 panchkula but it take mor than 30 minutes and when i ask for Dominos scheme of free pizza after 30 minutes the person made me to talk his senior and he doesn't know how to speak with person and refuses to gave pizza.                     I had made an order on 7th of august through dominoes app, order failed but the money transaction was successful.
                    Its 21 days already, i haven't received my refund. I tried calling twice, they just made me wait on the call and then cancelled the call.
                    I have my order of 2 medium size pizza but the delivery of the same was late for 1 hr . Is it ok with the dominos company to do soo because for me its not right i dont no what will you do i just want that i should get my money back (refund) .

                        With a huge disappointment i'm forced to write this as it was such a ridiculous service, i'd never expected from dominos.

                        I ordered 2 pizzas (Order no 383 - 1 medium & 1 regular) online at 9.27 pm however not received any response nor any pizza until an hour. I believe, i should have been informed about the delay in delivery by the store in the name of courtesy, but unfortunately that didn't happened.

                        I repeatedly kept on dialling their store's only contact number available ([protected]) for half an hour but continuously was getting a message as 'the number dialled is out of order'.

                        And finally i received a call from a delivery boy at 10.32 pm, he handed over me the pizza with a 4/5 times sorry word and said that the huge rush in the store is the reason for a delay. Then i enquired him about the 30 mins delivery or free service and i want my money back, upon which he said that he'll have a word with his manager about it and went back in rush.

                        The pain not ended here, there was lot more still to come where i witnessed a worst ever service of delivering a wrong pizza, yes am saying it correct, a totally different pizza was delivered to me from what i've ordered. A regular, non-spicy pizza, cheese n corn to be specific, which i'd ordered for my daughter but they delivered me a different pizza with full of red chillies
                        (Exactly opposite and which i would never want to have).

                        There's more pain yet to come.

                        Upon realising, to get it replaced i immediately tried to call the delivery boy (Rakesh - as identified by truecaller) on his cell from which he called me, as the only number i've of the said store was not reachable, but all in vein. He never ever bothered to answer my any call i made him several times i. E. More than 40 times i called him but he didn't answered any.

                        Never ever expected this kind of ridiculous service from dominos.

                        This is so annoying, frustrating and painful stretch i've gone thru with a huge amount of inconvenience to me and my family, of which requesting to kindly take a very serious note of this and provide me a solution with giving back the entire money (Rs 620) which i've paid already by credit card.

                        Attaching herewith the photo of actual pizza that was received.

                        And expecting a positive response in this regard.

                        They are cheating Indian customers by following no so happening policy. which made to lure Indians and trying to skip what they follow. nowadays quality is also getting deteriorating. I still enjoy pizza but I think they should be honest in providing so...

                            I ordered for pizzas from your mohali, punjab. Phase 7 branch at 8:50pm, of 2nd sep. 2017. The delivery of my order was not delivered till 9:50pm, 2nd sep. 2017. Then i called your mohali branch to inquire about my order. There the manager of your mohali branch varinder rangar, very rudely told me that the delivery boy sahil has come back as there was no one was at home and there was no door bell at my house. He never even considered gaving me a phone call after he reached my home and after he could not find the door bell. Now tell me i live in army flats in mohali which house dosent have a door bell. Over that your branch manager varinder was too rude and almost abusive at times. He further told me that he will give me 300/- discount, take it or leave it. Then my ordered was delivered at 10:20pm on the same date. Me and my family had no choice to accept the order because my kids were very hungary and crying. I'm disgusted and diapointed with you manager conduct and useless survise. Please take very strick action against my complaint in 24 hrs and reply back or i will be forced to take leagle action you people. Please take this complaint very secriously.

It was advised to me that it will be delivered by 8.. after 8:30 I started calling them and every time the lady said it will be delivered in 15 minutes..after 9:30 she stopped picking up call and I waited till 10:30 but still pizza not received.. so embarrassing and I will never eat dominos pizza again..very unprofessional store and management..

                                This is regarding my order no. 141 dt. 02.09.2017 through which i had ordered for 4 medium thin crust pizza under the everyday value offer. My local store is vidya nagar, bhopal and i am a regular customer. Today the order was placed & paid fr through the app at 7.00 pm. I had not received my order till 7.50pm. The order status on the app reflected 'order dispatched' but i was yet to receive it. Knowing that my order shall be classified as bulk order, not applying for the 30 min guarantee, i waited for somemore time. After another 10 mins, i called up the store, requesting them for an update. I was informed that the delivery boy is nearby and that he should be reaching in the next 5 mins. He shall call me up for directions. When i had not received my order even after the promised 5 mins, i called the store again. This time a ms. Jyoti picked up and she promptly passed on the call to someone else. That gentleman informed me that, my order should be on the way. When i told him that the wait time was now 1 hr and that i may be given the delivery boy's no., so that i can call him, i was put on hold and subsequently disconnected. After repeated attempts, when i was again connected to the store, a mr. Deepak picked up the phone. He informed that the delivery boy is 'uncontactable'. The staff kept on dillydallying when i repeatedly asked them for his no. On my continued insistence, my call was transfered to the store manager, mr. Ashish. He also continued to evade the question of my order repeating the std lines. He said that he shall revert with the delivery boy's no. After finding it out from the roster or obtaining it from any of the 25 odd staff working there. By this time 1 hr 15 mins had passed since the time i had placed the order and my young son was getting restless. There was no call from the store and no order either. I again called and this time a mr. Rahul, transferred the call to another manager mr. Ankit, who atleast had the courtesy to attend to the call. He informed that the delivery boy was untraceable and that the store had sent another person after the 'untraceable' delivery boy. When i told them that i shall lodge a complaint and i want a refund, they said i can certainly do that. It was 8.30 pm by then and 1hr 30 mins had passed. I was completely irritated and had lost my patience at the casual attitude of the store people. It was only after my pointing out that they have a lousy service, did mr. Ankit offer to provide a fresh pizza. I asked them to expedite. After this, at 8.45 pm, 1 hr and 45 mins after i placed the order, the 'untraceable delivery boy - mr. Pavan' turns up with the pizza order which had gone cold and no remorse. When i enquired as the cause of delay, he replied the previous delivery took time.in his presence i again called up the store & mr. Ankit. I asked what should i do with the pizza, he asked whether i would like a fresh batch. This indicates that mr. Ankit had not bothered to order a fresh batch. He also informed that as it was a prepaid order, any refund (Only if the store endorses it) shall be received on my card. By this time, my son and family members were all extremely hungry and i had to accept the cold pizzas. I have put in a complaint with dominos though i am not hopeful of any action. This is not the first time it has happened. It has happened earlier, delay being between 20 mins - 40 mins. Every time the delivery boys had requested saying that they shall be penalized and i had let it go. Once i had received the order 2 hrs late, but then the store had sent a fresh batch before the original order and requested that i not complaint. I had agreed. But after today, it seems that dominos is taking everyone for a merry ride, knowing well that customers will put up with whatever kind of service they provide.

                                  I ordered non veg loaded and paid for it and they stuck me with some margarita with 3 piece of chicken on it ... When I asked why is that so they told me they are out of toppings and stuff .. with due respect I understand it but why have u charged for loaded then. Is this your quality?                                     I arjit maheshwari, ordered an pizza.
                                    Order number is 259, and the delivery boy delivers that in 45 minutes and when he reached delivery address i told it should be free and i am not going to pay for this and he replied it will not and he start the bike and went away.

                                    I love to eat pizza at every saturday and sunday but now i will not go for dominos. This is #.

                                    Is this type of person you guys are hiring those are not having sense of talk to a customer or a person.

                                    I would like to get back my pizza free asap.

                                      Hello team,
                                      I am writing this in regard to the delivery delay at my office today i. E. 1/9/2017. I ordered four pizzas (2 medium and 2 large) at 4:17 pm. But i didn't get the order even after 1 hour of time. I called the domino's outlet more than ten times and their executive said that our delivery boy is on his way. I called at their outlet again after 10 min and they said that the delivery boy is coming from auto due to breakdown of his motorcycle. Then again i called after 10-15 min then they said that we just dispatched your order and it will reach soon. After these many commitments me and my guests are waiting because i ordered the food for office guests. But i didn't received the order on the mentioned time. Then finally i called at domino's facility for the last time to take the information about the delivery boy and his contact number so that i would be able to contact home and track his location. Still i get very rude answer from the executive that we do not have the contact number of the delivery boy. At 5:23 pm, when all the guests are about to leave the office, the delivery boy came and said that the outlet dispatched the order 7 min back and i reached here in just 7 min. So, i called at the domino's facility to confirm it whether their delivery boy or the facility executive are making fool of me and telling lies again and again. I ask their executive to transfer the call to facility manager and when he (Neeraj, training manager) picked up the call, he said that we can give you the compensation of rs. 300/-. I asked him why your delivery is too much late and it takes more than one hour to reach at my office. Then he replied very rudely that "aapko isse kya krna hai.. Aap ye btao kya chahte ho aap". I said i just want to know the reason nothing else i need nor your refund neither your compensation.. Then he replied again very rudely "300 rupees de sakte hai baaki hum kuch nai kar sakte". I said that i am coming over there to talk with you on this matter so he said very arrogantly "haa haa aajao.. Yahi hu me".

                                      Now my only concern is that one of those people, maybe the delivery boy or the executive or the manager was making fool of mine. I just want the clarification from their side and the action taken against the concerned persons for the irresponsibility and bad behavior.
                                      In case if their management is unable to take the decision and the necessary action required, kindly do let me know. I definitely would go with the legal terms. Though i have all the call recordings and the billing receipt. So, i request you to kindly look into this matter on priority basis and inform me about the decision of the management will take against them.

                                        I ordered pizzas on 29th and 31st august 2017 (Txn. Id ju[protected] and ju[protected]). Both times, rs. 376 was deducted from my account but neither email nor message notification nor pizza reached me! When contacted near by dominos[protected], they claimed that order was not placed and money will be reimbursed next day. Both haven't happened as of now. Need my money back.
