I have ordered aussie bbq veg pizza on 13th of april (Order no-346), i have made multiple calls to restaurant because its been 45 mins they didn't respond then i have called customer care they were also trying to reach restaurant they didn't get any feedback from them (5 calls to customer care made for this or restaurant more than 10 calls) then after 1 hr 15 mins they delivered me pizza which is not properly packed, cold and box was pressed (This was shown to guy to delivered the pizza and he told me to call customer care and raise a complaint).
I have raised many complaints: 9011182, 9013100 and 9011218 on same date, after 3 days i have received a call from restaurant manager and he told me that he will initiate the refund i waited till 30th april.
Again, i called customer care they told that they don't see any notes they raised the complaint again: 9213951, i have received a call from restaurant manager he offered me for free same pizza which i have rejected and told him to initiate a refund directly and again complaint was closed without refund by restaurant manager.
Today, i went to restaurant asking for this poor service surprised to know that there was no manager at the restaurant.
Again, i have raised a concerned today: 9350367 for this behavior by restaurant.
Unitech cyber park dominos never respond the calls and provide you resolution.
Look into this priority for this type of service by restaurant team.
