The payment was debited to my card on 28 april 2019, and due to some issues in their site, order did not complete, irrespective of lot of followups, the customer care is not interested in resolving, they talk policies of 7-10 business days. it is almost a month still they send sorry messages but not refund the money. there is no responsible department or person whom we can talk to, Innumerable mails sent but just they send sorry message and they dont mean it..

thank you consumer complaints team i received the refund. However there was no call or mail from them. but they made the refund after nearly a month.

    Order was not placed but my account was debited and nothing was shown on my app's screen no order details nothing but i am attaching my account transactions screenshot so that you can identify that today i have done that transaction and you can get reference number and two times transaction has been done of 308 rps which you can see in the screenshot the lower one has been unsuccessful and tgen i again placed order which was successful

        I placed a order my bill amount was rs.498 then they cancelled my order online in dominos ap as some error but money was deducted after it said can't make order. I paid rs.498 from my sbi online banking the amount which i paid is haven’t credited back after the cancellation of my order yesterday around 9 to 10pm... Kindly refund it when i will be getting my money back...??

          I placed an order on 30 april at 9:30 which was supposed to be delivered by 10 as per their policy but was delivered at 11. The delivery boy gave the order to the security and ran away without calling me or informing me that the order has arrived.
          I have called them 15 times and mailed them but i have not recieved any positive response. They only give false promises

            I have raised more than 6 concerns with domino's customer care and domino's restaurant from which i ordered pizza on 5th of may. No refund is initiated yet. Everytime i call the customer service raise a concern and no response is what i get. This is serious and i am being harrased by the company. I also informed the restaurant that the pizza is late before the pizza arrived. My order yas 45 minutes late and i informed the delivery boy too. The delivery boy assured me that he will put this order on a late delivery but yet no response from the company. I have called the restaurant so many times and yet no action taken. I was hungry and the restaurant harrased me by sending late delivery. I want a compensation. Please help

              The order was placed at almost 19:30 hours.
              It got delivered at almost 21:00 hours.

                Do you want all o[censored]s to file a case in consumer court ? How can u take money and never return it. Who is the owner of Dominos, how can he just serve food and never expect to return our money back? I ordered pizza on 23rd april, you never delivered but took money twice from my account. When I emailed them they everytime say 24hrs ETA but do nothing.

                  unsuccessful in getting my refund back!

                  My order was from 3rd May. Complaint id: 9331051. I am unable to get my money back and now it has been almost 10 days I’ve been coordinating with CS. They say they are unaware, they will check, manager has gone out. Even today when i called the CS, Sameer said i am the manager and he will revert back. I get the same answers everyday from last 10 days....

                  I ordered pizza from dominos app and it was confirmed with 30 min guarantee. After 30 min when i checked my app i got to know that it is still being baked. I tried calling the restaurant but no ome answered. Then i contacted the customer care executive and she told me that it is on the way and the delivery boy will contact you soon. After 50 min. Of waiting the dominos app suddenly started showing the deliver boy amit kumars mobile number....

                  I have ordered aussie bbq veg pizza on 13th of april (Order no-346), i have made multiple calls to restaurant because its been 45 mins they didn't respond then i have called customer care they were also trying to reach restaurant they didn't get any feedback from them (5 calls to customer care made for this or restaurant more than 10 calls) then after 1 hr 15 mins they delivered me pizza which is not properly packed, cold and box was pressed (This was shown to guy to delivered the pizza and he told me to call customer care and raise a complaint).

                  I have raised many complaints: 9011182, 9013100 and 9011218 on same date, after 3 days i have received a call from restaurant manager and he told me that he will initiate the refund i waited till 30th april.

                  Again, i called customer care they told that they don't see any notes they raised the complaint again: 9213951, i have received a call from restaurant manager he offered me for free same pizza which i have rejected and told him to initiate a refund directly and again complaint was closed without refund by restaurant manager.

                  Today, i went to restaurant asking for this poor service surprised to know that there was no manager at the restaurant.

                  Again, i have raised a concerned today: 9350367 for this behavior by restaurant.

                  Unitech cyber park dominos never respond the calls and provide you resolution.

                  Look into this priority for this type of service by restaurant team.

                  Escalate this to Higher Authority of Dominos let them know about this issue
                  I ordered pizza from dominos worth Rs 312. My money got deducted from the bank but I did not receive any order or pizza. They gave mobile no to confirm later but the no was switched off. Pls fix this ASAP

                    Hi dominos,

                    I order from mobile * on 27th april 2019.

                    I canceled my order (After talking to customer care) due to the wrong address and placed a fresh order with cod at a different address.

                    Have not got my refund even after 10 working days. I cannot expect any more delays. Have called many times but no positive response. Escalated the matter with customer care still no refund processed.

                    Hoping quick returns before more escalation today from my end.

                    I would also require some additional voucher over and above, for this sort of customer harassment in india.

                      I placed a order for panner makni pizza regular on 10th may 2019 around 6.30pm. My bill amount was rs.404. Then i got a call from the dominos outlet saying that they cannot deliver my order to the address which i given... And they cancelled my order. I paid rs.404 from my amazon pay, the amount which i paid is haven’t credited back after the cancellation of my order... May i know when i will be getting my money back...

                      Taking the payment in advance, Domino's promised me for "contactless " delivery which ensures delivering the order beside or near at your flat-door so that the valet, the receiver/flat owner and other residents of the apartment can stay safe.

                      However, the valet and as well as the delivery in-charge denied to deliver it as contactless. After frequent calls to force me to come downstair and roam around to find the valet, they just canceled my order which I already have payed for

                        I ordered two Pizzas on 4th May, Order no. 192 from Chennai, Navallur. My Order was placed by 08:07 PM and I received Out for delivery Message from Dominos by 08:18 PM. I spoke to the Navallur Dominos twice after completion of 30 minutes to understand the status of delivery. At last, the order was delivered to me by 09:10 PM. The Delivery executive claimed that my phone was unreachable, kindly note that its the same number from which I had called the customer care. The order that I received of which Pizza's were not hot and one pizza was in bad shape when I received. My calls to Customer Support was unsuccessful as they assured a call back from the concerned Manager every time I called which never happened. At last today I received a call from Mr. Prabhu who apologized but refused to refund stating he doesn't have the authority for that. He offered me to provide a free Pizza worth half of the mo order which I Declined. I will require the refund of the complete order.

                          They are not giving me refund for my delayed order.
                          According to Domino's policy I can claim for refund if the pizza does not reached to my first security check point.
                          I had ordered pizza on 8/5/19 at 6:58 and they delivered it at 7:42.
                          I tried contacting customer care and they raised a concern but without even contacting me they closed the concern.
                          I again called their customer care to raise a concern but again the same issue was repeated.

                            I placed an order on 1st may 2019 from dominos sector 63 at 01.04pm. Was supposed to receive it @01.34pm acc to 30mins delivery guarantee of dominos. Was waiting to receive order at my company gate from 01.25pm onwards in the sun (As it was first checkpoint which is stated in terms of 30min or free guarantee). Called up dominos sec-63 @01.35pm (1min over time limit) they assured me that my time was wrong and it was only 01.31pm by their time. They said that i should ask the delivery boy to call the store manager when he arrived. I still waited in the sun for the order.
                            Order arrived in excess of 6mins @01.39pm. I refused to take the order and asked the delivery boy to talk to his store manager. He refused to call and said that the late delivery was due to them being paid their salaries on that day. I asked him again to contact his manager as i would not accept the order unless he had done so. He confessed that he was late and assured me to take the order as it was free and i would recieve the refund on the order. I called dominos helpline no. And also dominos sec-63 wherein staff of both said that yes the order was late and assured me that i would recieve the refund within 7-10days. I called dominos sec-63 again to confirm my refund as i had paid via paytm and they assured me that i would surely receive the refund via paytm in 7-10 business days.

                            It has been exactly 10days and i have still not received my refund. I am a customer of dominos for the past 12years and this has happened 4-5 times... This type of service is not at all appreciated and you will loose a valuable customer due to incompetence at your end. Kindly refund the order amt asap.

                            store manager of dominos sec-63, mr.rajesh was very helpful nad promp and admitted that the refund process was not started on the day of the order. was willing to send the order again without charges as complimentary but then refunded the amount when i asked him to not send the order again but only to refund the amount. thanks consumercomplaints.in and mr.rajesh.

                                I ordered on swiggy for chicken tacos, which was confirmed and i later got a call saying they were not available. So i asked to cancel. Ordered again to different branch and they said they would transfer it to another branch. I place this at 8, at 9.30 when i call they say they cancelled my order and have not even picked my calls, had to call from another number. When i demand to speak to the manager they transferred it to another branch and now they call saying i will get my delivery at 11. Why will it take one hour for a regular pizza and garlic bread. Pathetic. Its 11.10 still waiting. Not one person is being responsible for the order. Pathetic system. I want this to be heard and i want appropriate measures to be taken.
