I had ordered the following items on June 01, 2019 (order no. 186):
1. Garlic Breadsticks - Qty.: 3
2. Indi Tandoori Paneer Pizza - Qty.: 1
3. Brownie Fantasy - Qty.:
The food arrived in a very bad condition. Brownie didn't exist in the box and Pizza was messed up in the corrugated box. When I raised the complaint via Domino's helpline, I got a call the same day from the restaurant manager - Nilesh (Restaurant location - Parel, Mumbai) saying that he cannot help with the refund but will give a complimentary garlic bread which I never got.
He shared his contact number asking to raise the concerns directly rather than through the helpline.
However, till date, I have never received the refund nor the so called complimentary garlic bread. Was this information helpful? |
