[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — bad service and lost money

I had placed order on 22Aug2019 and I denied to take the delivery as it was delayed more than 2 hours. So they told I will getting refund. Since then I have been calling customer care and concern branch manager, but no one is taking responsibility. Daily I have to call manager and he does not pick my call and customer care let me wait in call for 30 min and finally says we will arrange you call back. No one is taking responsibility of my case.
