[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Card charged twice | |||
Dear Team, I had visited your Ghatkopar East outlet on the 21Nov and was charged twice for the total amount of Rs.485. When the lady at the counter charged my debit card for the first time, I immediately got a message from Citibank that the amount is charged. I showed that message to the lady who said that they did not receive the payment and called her manager on duty guess his name is Prashant. She charged the card again and said the same was declined and the second time I did not get any message from the bank. The manager smatly gave me the receipts of the declined transaction to show the payment is not received. He even assured that if the card was charged the amount would be reversed 48hrs and I allowed him to try again. This time the payment did go through and he gave me the receipts to sign. I visited the outlet again on 27Nov as the amount was not reversed.Spoke with a different manager named Aakash who asked me to wait for the next 24hrs. I did. Still the amount was not reversed. I visited the outlet yesterday 02Dec and spoke with Manager Mukesh who said he will check with the IT dept and call back in an hour. I still did not receive a call from him.
