Domino's Pizza — Complaint against dominos dwarka wrong order, poor service, and unsatisfactory refund

We placed an order via the Domino’s app (Order No. 15, Phone: [protected]). Despite app updates saying the order was ready, we didn’t receive it three times. When we finally got it, it was the wrong item (Paneer Pizza instead of Mexican Green Wave). At the outlet, staff were confused, claimed they weren’t accepting orders or payments, and later said our order still wasn’t ready.

To top it off, the refund was issued to a Domino’s wallet with just 1-month validity instead of the original payment source. As first-time customers, this experience was extremely disappointing. We request a full refund to the original payment method and action against the outlet for mismanagement.
