I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Domino's India regarding their failure to process a refund for an order despite multiple follow-ups. Below are the details of the issue:

On 17 Nov 2024, I placed an order through Domino's app. The payment of ₹ 458 was successfully processed; however, the order was not delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups through emails and calls to their customer service team, the refund has not been processed.
Each time I contacted them, I received generic responses and apologies, but no concrete action has been taken to resolve my issue. It has now been over 10days, which is an unreasonable delay.
