Domino's Pizza — Customer harassment | |||
This incident took place on Saturday 13th May when i ordered a pizza online at around 9:20 PM at night. The order was immediately accepted and I was awaiting it as my manager was at home and I had a planned a dinner at that time for us. At 10 PM, I started calling them to ask about the status but my calls weren't answered. At around 10:15 after making around 10-15 calls, one of my calls was picked up where I got to know that it would take around an hour to be delivered. I was shocked and told them that wasn't this their responsibility to inform the customer on this that due to heavy rush you are not able to cope up with the orders. But instead, the person started shouting on me that there is heavy rush and customer needs to understand and bla bla bla. They told to wait for another 10 minutes and I still didn't receive the pizza. My manager in disappointment left the place and it was one of the most embarrassing situations of my life. After making another 2 calls, I received the order at around 11:00 PM in the night. The worst part of the order was it was cold as if brought from a refrigerator and wasn't even a candidate for eating. Disappointed, I had to throw the pizza out and had to order something else that late for dinner. One of the worst experiences ever with Domino's and I'll make sure I never order again nor let my circle order something from such people.
