Domino's Pizza — Customers taken for granted | |||||
I ordered the pizza online through CC but got an error that order can not be taken due to some technical reason and payment will be refunded online. I took the no. From just dial and called the nearest loaction which is across the road.They told me that they are responsible for online orders so I have to make a new order over the phone which I did. Just after 5 mins I called them to confirm the number of orders since I was confused. I was the told that there is no order placed and need to repeat which I did again. this whole process took more than 2 hrs n pizza was delivered to me after after 2.5 hrs and they did not even negotiate. We chose domino's cos that was near to our office and was jus across the road but not a good idea to so. They should not take customers for granted and should focus to serve people better and trouble less. I would definitely think 10 times before I approach dem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
