Domino's Pizza — Defamation caused in regard to 30 minutes policy | |||||
I placed an order at 10:19 of a small pizza. According to policy matter it should have been delivered at 10:49 but it was delivered at 10:55. On asking for the availed free policy to which i was entitled to, he started taking rudely. The delivery man embarrassed me in front of 4-5 neighbors. he snatched the pizza from my hand and after putting it back in his box, he simply walked away even when i was talking to him. After this incident i was been delivered free pizza after half an hour but the injury the delivered man caused to my reputation is unbearable and not letting me do anything, He was very very rude and snatching pizza and simply walking out was little bit offensive too. want a strict action to be taken against him. Else simple request to dominos to reapeal their 30 mins delivery policy.
