Domino's Pizza — delay in delivery and bad behavior.

I placed an order for 5 pizza mania @ 12.57am on 30/12/19, the order was out for delivery @ 1.21am and on live tracker i see the delivery boy moving away from the restaurant but then he arrived at my house at 1.57am whereas the restaurant is just 5.2km away from my house and being the night time he should get absolutely no traffic and the signals are also free to move during night time. This delay had been happening very often for the deliveries of my orders but i ignored it everytime but this time they had just crossed the limits bcoz this is nowhere acceptable when your kitchen team works hard to ensure they push out my order within 24 minutes but later the delivery guy takes all good time in the world n comes to my house after 36 minutes. On complaining (Mr. Dinesh jawaharlal yadav) the dilevery boy, gives me a wage reason that being sunday the restaurant is busy and denied me the compensation of rs 300. Later he tries to convince me saying that they cater to many other places so it gets difficult to make delivery on time. I definitely understand he would take 15 minutes to reach to my place from the outlet even if he rides at the slowest soren but it takes him 36 minutes there! On insisting he get me connected to his manager (But yes also abuses in disgust under his breath saying "bc kya chu*g*ri hai" and it's very offensive when there is a senior lady also standing in front of you) later his amazing manager mr. Manish singh answers the call who has absolutely no sense of how to even talk to the customers or guests for that matter! He had consistently been very rude all throughout the situation. Agreed to offer me a rs.300 compensation and asked me to pay the pending rs. 60. But yes he very well tried his best to make me feel that he has done. Very big favour on me by giving me that compensation like an "ehsan". But i even refused to pay for that rs. 60 bcoz my biggest concern here was "why was it delayed"!! So the manager very nicely tried to fools me in baseless reasons like, 1. The delivery boy is new n doesn't has any knowledge about the area, 2. My house is at a very far distance, 3. Traffic on the roads, 4. Speed limit set on the bike of domino's can't exceed 40km/he. On the other hand i already asked the delivery boy if he had any problem in locating my house to which he said no because he is well versed about the area, there was of course no traffic co, it's soo late in the night secondly just 10-15 minutes before the delivery boy would arrive at my place i had travelled through the same route, if there is a speed limit set at 40km/he on bikes still if i consider the boy to ride the bike at 30km/hr still he should reach my place in 11 minutes bcoz the distance is just 5.2 i'm still i could expect him to take 15 mins to come, but where did he took the extra time!??? I asked the delivery guy if he had any orders to deliver just before mine to which again he denied that there were not any but has one delivery after mine to do (Still he didn't care n wasted nearly 30minutes or more behind me). On asking the delivery guy for the reason of being late he just has a naughty smile on his face with no reply saying"ab ho jata hai late bich me kya batau mai aapko, nahi bata sakte!" so i refused to even pay for those rs.60 bcoz i had anyways placed an order through swiggy where i got the order at a discounted rate n i was billed for just rs. 260. So when swiggy accepted my oreder at rs. 260, why should i even pay more! And for that matter i absolutely don't mind paying but what is this behavior that u r showing towards your customer.in the end when i still refused to pay those rs. 60 the manager (Mr. Manish singh from ic colony branch, borivali west) threatens me saying that he will blacklist me for a filthy amount of rs,. 60! Says "tumhe agar itna he problem hai delivery k timing se to block he kar deta hu, abhise tumhari koi bhi order liyi nahi jayegi kisi bhi domino's me" n i was so shocked like what the hell, this manager who needs a training himself first on how to even deal with the customers threatens me to blacklist me for rs. 60! That's awfully funny coz that is the amount which i literally give away as a tip when i visit the restaurant or if i'm ordering at home then! Here the whole point of mine is not to save those rs. 60 but it is to try to make u realize the value of delivering orders in time at least at the non busy hours! I can't believe how the manager is even ready to lose out on a regular customer just for rs. 60 when the competition is soo high in the market! It's literally a shame on him! An absolutely unprofessional and untrained behavior is what i have seen, i just pity it! And there had been a time with another fmcg outlet where i had a complaint so they had literally offered my 2-3 things as compliments from their said n i was wowed with the way they handled it but these two people very just pathetic, especially the manager! I would definitely suggest that some strict actions should be taken and mr. Dinesh yadav and mr. Manish sing, both should be given a proper training first n then should commence working n handling customers.
