Domino's Pizza — delivery delay (30 minutes delivery time failed and no clarification or compensation)

Dear sir,
I placed an order on thursday november 1, 2018. I placed my order via dominos mobile app. They have a 30 minutes delivery guarantee. My order was placed at 7.14 pm. Technically i should be receiving the service by 7.44pm. However, the food was delivered at 8.05pm. The method of payment was cash.in the app, i chose the correct home location which is my address (The bill does show that).in 5 mins time, i got a call from them there it has come to dominos pizza cobordanga riddhi siddhi apartment. They are transferring it to behala james long. After 10 minutes, they called and said they can’t transfer as there is a coupon code applied. They also confirmed that they can’t deliver in 30 minutes. Rather it will take 45 minutes. Sir, i registered a complaint with dominos and to my surprise i got a call from the store who made the mess. Then somebody else called me and said it won’t happen and it was my app issue. Sir, i would like to know that if i am doing it through app, how i am supposed to know to which store it’s going and there is no system of transfer. If they would have told me to cancel, things would have been avoided. But they did not do so. Sir, if there is a delivery failure in time, then it needs to be compensated. My order no. Was 52 (Dominos pizza). I request your kind self to look into this matter as my brother had to leave without food as he had to leave by 7.50pm and he couldn’t delay any further. I have also tweeted dominos but it’s been more 4 days and there has been no response from them which is conclusive.
