[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — domino's isn't willing to refund | |||
Have ordered pizza from domino's on 10th dec 2019 and made payment through free charge wallet and the payment was successful. But the delivery guy gave the receipt and told me that your order is for cash on delivery and i had to pay rs 1697/- as cash. The guy told me to interact with customer care for refund and i have been contacting domino's since last 1.5 months regarding this issue and they are doing nothing over this. I have already spent over rs 200/- by calling their customer care since their customer helpline number is chargeable. They are just making fake promises and tell me that you will get a call back within 1 hour and since last month i am waiting for any call back. In between this i contacted freecharge and payu and shared this concern with them. They shared me all the details of online transaction and told that the payment was successful and has been credited to domino's already. Domino's isn't responding to my emails also. Just saying we are sorry for the delay since last 1 month. Feb 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After posting the complaint. Domino's initiated the refund in 2 days. Now I got the refund amout in account.
