[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Dominos Refund on Failed Online Payment | |||
I had tried to pay online using Axis Bank net Banking for online order made from Dominos India on[protected]. I tried to complete the same transaction twice. First time the transaction failed so I tried again and on both occasions Axis Bank gave the msg. transaction successful but Dominos India portal failed to complete the order. INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK)/ & INB/[protected]/DOMINOS(BILLDESK)/ Total amount wrongly debited and to be refunded by Dominos India Rs 943 + Rs 943 = Rs 1886/-. 3rd time I paid through ICICI Bank debit card and the transaction was successful VIN/DOMINOS BIL/[protected]/0 I want to know when can I get the refund for both these transaction? Normally on previous such failed transaction I got a mail from Dominos that the money will be refunded but this time I didnot get any such mail on refund from Dominos. I followed up with concerned from Dominos, who had called me post my complaint and Thankfully I got my refund credit to my bank account today.
In future Dominos should immediately put a refund mail on failed transactions and cut short the time taken in processing refunds. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I had paid rs457 through online transaction to the domino's which is located in aynavaram, the transaction was timeout so my order was canceled but money transferred to domino's account.They told that money will be refund after three days but already its gone 8 days, and my amount was not refunded yet.please check this issue and refund it soon.
