[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — double payment collected through cards | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Today I purchased Pizza from your branch at Nacharam Hyderabad, Telangana, India - 500076. Initially I provided the Sodexo Resto Pass Card and while doing the transaction as per the counter staff the transaction got declined However, I got the SMS saying that, the money god deducted from my SODEXO account. Though I showed the same to the staff in the counter and to the manager, they told me that, the amount is not credited to them. Hence, I provided my ICICI Debit card and purchased the items. Since, the sodexo account still shows as the amount already got deducted, You are kindly requested to check with your transactions using cards and refund the amount back to my SODEXO account at the earliest. I tried to place an order from dominos 451₹ has been deducted from my account but the orders wasn't placed..it might be possible that the payment has been failed..can u let me know when will I get my money back
