Domino's Pizza — i am complaining about payment deducted.. order not placed.

I place an order on 16th may amounting to 418. The money gets deducted from the account but the order is never placed. Payment was done through sbi net banking. On calling the serving store, they tell me that the order is not received and they cannot help. The i got from the bank was..."thx for inb txn of rs.418.0 frm a/c x0235 to dominos... Ref#igagdrulo6 on 16may19. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected]"
