Domino's Pizza — I need refund

I ordered 2 cheese burst pizza's of regular size on 5th feb. Money was deducted from my account through google pay but the order was not placed. I need rs354 as soon as possible. I called the help line number twice. Firstly they said refund will be made within 24 hours and the second one said 7 business days will be required. I wish that they should look into the matter as soon as possible.
